First time coming here in 4 years, and it’s the best coffee i’ve had so far. This location is adorable, lots of seating, and the oatmeal and coffee i had was so good. it was a little pricey and it did take almost 20 minutes for my food and drink to be ready but it was okay it was worth it and it made my day when i got it!

Of course the coffee is delicious, and is locally roasted!. The food will also make you happy you chose this cozy spot right off of the South Street corridor (so easy to turn to, and easier to park near.) Personal favorites include the Streusel pancakes or French toast, but really, whatever I'm eating that visit.

I really wanted to like Fuel. After all coffee and gluten-free items are perfect for me. So I went there for just the second time to use a gift card my wife got me.
I placed my order and showed the clerk the receipt from the previous visit, which also had the gift card number. He couldn't get it to work so I found the original gift card I was sent and gave him the QR code to scan.
After he failed to get it to work, he claimed I had already used the entire gift card amount. "That's not true," I said. "I've only been here once before and I showed you the receipt which showed I used $6 something on the $25 gift card."
He tried and failed again, claiming there was nothing left on the card. Instead of trying to solve the problem, he advised me to call someone about the gift card.
Incredibly poor and inept customer service, wasting my time and wasting the money that still remains on the gift card.
Not Fuel. But plenty of other F words come to mind.

I loved this place. Has a calm vibe and I also loved the pancakes. It has that crispy side of the caramel on pancakes which gives you all the crunchy taste and its also soft at the same time! Would surely visit again!

Everything that I’ve ordered has been delicious. Some minor difficulties happen with new staff members making mistakes with orders. There seems to be a high turnover rate (I don’t know this for sure, but suspect). Understandably, the service is also slow. Otherwise, as stated, the food and drinks are unique and quite tasty. I would recommend with caution as to the service and high price.

I tried Fuel one time and have been addicted since. The coffee is superb no matter the drink you order. The quiche is always beautifully done, and each of the sandiwches and soups I've tried have been delicious. The staff here are also always the friendliest and sweetest even when they are absolutely slammed. If you haven't been here yet, do yourself a favor and go immediately.
