Morons made my wife wait an hour on a 16 minute pizza. When we got said pizza most of the toppings were thrown on top not cooked. Will never go back again I’m 50 years old and never have got screwed on a pizzas so bad also grand kids in the car for an hour waiting on carry out ??????????????????????????????????

Came into the Beck Lane location at around 4:45ish on 10/16 and the service was great! The lady (who I assume was the manager/shift lead) was very kind and welcoming, and you could hear her being very nice and encouraging to the new hire she was training, who also was doing a great job. The food was exactly what I expected from a Papa John’s (the bomb of course). Will definitely be returning to this location for my future orders!

I had barley any pepperoni on my medium 1 topping(17) so I called and the manager on duty said it should have 18-24 for a one topping and said they were only off by 1 so it’s not a big deal. Don’t go to this location. You won’t get what you paid for.

Order delivery… and they will not send the sauces you ordered on the side. Even if it was $10+ extra. On top of a $6 delivery fee, plus a tip for the DoorDash driver. Then you call back….. they will offer you a free pizza credit, “for next time “ because their delivery driver called in. I say well I’d rather just have the sauces that I ordered and paid for… The manager says… “well that’s the best we can do” ? How does a pizza credit make up for all the sides that were paid for that i did not get? Lol…. no thanks

Things you should know about this location: 1. Order your pizza well done, or it will be under cooked. 2. If you order any additional sauces, they will probably be forgotten 3. They will shut their ovens off before closing time, so your order may be cancelled at random. 4. Random doordash drivers are often the ones bringing you your food, which is why you are paying a $5.49 delivery fee. This location is bogus. With that being said, I'll probably be ordering it again tonight.. wish me luck ?

We had ordered online from this store while in town visiting family and had it delivered. I opened the boxes in the house and the driver had thrown them around so bad I took pictures and sent them to corporate. They said they'd take care of calling this store to credit me. Not something I normally do, because of the headache but it was a good amount of food and I tipped the driver WELL. A good amount of time passed, didn't hear, so I reached out to corporate again they said to call that particular store. Corporate never took care of the credit. Ended up going to this location to explain and show what happened because corporate didn't credit under my name. Levi , the store manager was AWESOME. He took care of it right away as I showed him what happened. Most likely, it was door dash that delivered it , if their drivers were busy. Moral of the story, this is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. Both employees were super friendly and were very respectful. Will be doing business here when I'm in this town again, you definitely made it right! Thank you!! Ps. Looked in the boxes and they are picture perfect.
