This place has drastically gone down hill since it opened. You can't get a hot meal out of them and the prices are just too high for fast food chicken.

There was a mess up and they told me after I already submitted my promotion points for a free strawberry pie that they had no strawberry pie, but I could have an apple pie. They never gave me the apple pie, and said they could not credit my loyalty points back to my account, so I'm just out my points. Kind of a bummer. Contacted customer service and no reply was ever received. Not a huge deal, but still not great customer service.

Really upset! Customer service was extremely poor. I ordered a meal that was old and served to me barely warm. I asked the person at the window if they could give me fresh chicken and handed the box so she could feel my chicken was not near warm. She took the box told me to pull to the second window it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes and there is no line and 1 truck behind me. So are you telling me all the chicken in this place is warm. A 20 minimum wait with no line and no cars is beyond crazy. If I could place a negative amount of stars I would. The attitude and no apology for serving this poor version of Popeyes is crazy. This is far from Popeyes standards. Hard pies and wrong drink in which she tried charging a dollar to correct

Ordered a 12 pc family meal. $41. Received 5 legs 4 thighs and 4 wings. For a family that has white meat lovers and dark meat. Looks like Popeyes made a great profit on this order. Lady who served has a real attitude like we were bothering her for picking up our order. Some don’t belong in the service industry and it looks like Popeyes has a few of those people in Lafayette Indiana.

Service was quick. $14 for a 3pc tender is crazy tax. And the pieces were over cooked af. Waisted money and time. Won’t be stopping thru there again.
I went in the other day, and while I was waiting, a lady jumped in front of me and was extremely rude to the manager. She was upset because she was charged 99 cents to upgrade to an extra breast. Makes sense, bigger chicken, more money. This lady was yelling and screaming, and even threw a handful of change at the manager. The manager was nice. Didn’t raise her voice, or get rude, not even a twisted look. She calmly explained that it clearly states that an upcharge may apply and it says so on the menu. Great job Alana! I’m sorry you had to deal with that. No reason to assault someone over 99 cents. Sheesh. The employees handled the situation with professionalism and grace, and my food was hot, fresh, and fast! Me and my family ate it almost as fast as we received it! I will be returning.

The manager there that work on 04/06/2026 @ 1:40PM was very rude , charged extra for chicken that was not the price on the menu ? My meal was cold when I received it & when I called her n ask why was it a different price on my receipt then the menu price she got an attitude & told me come get the 99cent . She proceeds hand me the change but drops it all over the counter n floor . I will not be returning to this Popeyes and I will make sure others know to never come to this location

This is the Popeye with the smallest chicken pieces of all. Not even KCF dared to do so much. They cut the chicken pieces in half and sell them to you at the price of any Popeye's in the entire United States. In all the Popeye's I've eaten at, they sell the chicken pieces as they are. Here, they cut them for the same price. If you want to eat less for the same price, go to this Popeye's. I felt ripped off and left hungrier than I was
