The worst customer service I ever had!!!!!!! I would never come back to this auntie Annie’s. She took my order with food in her mouth, and when I couldn’t hear understand her. Her and her friends start making jokes literally laughing in me and my kids face. We love Annie’s but I’ll never go to this one again.

Went to the Auntie Anne’s in the food court today about 1pm and had the best service I think we’ve ever had at a pretzel stand. The lady working the register was very kind and just went above and beyond to make sure we had fresh pretzels and told us to have a seat since we had to wait. Super nice! She deserves a raise because it’s very rare that workers are that nice at the mall.

First of all, when you order a pretzel it should come with at least 1 dipping sauce. They do not and in fact each dipping sauce cost $1.59(and its tiny, only good for about 1/4of a cup of pretzel nuggets. Like the size cup you'd pay 50 cents for at a concession stand). For an order of pretzel nuggets, 2 dipping sauces, and a small(kid sized) drink, it cost 14 something bucks! 2 people would cost the same thing as going to applebees 2 for 25 where you both get a meal, side, and appetizer.

Pretzels were very chewy like they had to be tossed. Cinnamon sugar nuggets hardly had any cinnamon sugar. Frozen strawberry lemonade wasn’t mixed at all

My son had a great coupon so he bought one thing of pepperoni pizza pretzel nuggets and got a second-order free. He said they were cooked perfectly. Nicely salted and nice and hot with a good amount of pepperoni. This it's right at the end of the food court so it's easy access to get in and out. Lots of different pretzels to choose from and pretzel dogs too.
