Chickpea is delicious!!! Everything is fantastic! The sumac fries are unique and delicious. My husband has tried the gyros and shawarma, both delicious. I go vegetarian and have tried to bowl and appetizer platter, all delicious. And the orange blossom lemonade is delicious. Totally hospitality there. First time we went, my husband is in a wheelchair and the guy saw us getting out of the car and came and held the door open for us and insisted on doing the same when we came back. Second time back months later, he remembered us. Hard workers. People coming in and out, but not too crowded. Lots of takeout too! Everyone loves this place! We live an hour away but looking for ways to get back there!Parking: There is street parking and it's never been an issue to park in front of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is totally accessible with a ramp

The first time I was here, I had the gyro platter. The serving was enough for almost 2 meals. The meat was sliced "chunky" which is always better that the thin ribbon strips. The feta cheese was to die for! Always order extra feta! I ordered the chicken Shawarma today, I doubt I will be disappointed. ?
The place is cozy, I loved the food, the dessert was the best part. But the attention was excellent thanks Pepe!!! When we are in Michigan City it will undoubtedly be a mandatory stop!

Everything about this place was incredible. The guy working didn't (sorry, didn't get the name!) was really friendly and welcoming. The place has a really cool vibe. The food portions are massive and delicious. One shawarma bowl will last three separate meals for me. Cannot recommend enough.

We saw so many favorable reviews for this place, we decided to give it a try. It’s a tiny cozy place that you might miss if you’re not keeping your eyes open or not using gps.A couple of menu items were not available . I ordered the chicken, Shawarma beans and rice bowl with everything. It was absolutely fantastic. It could actually feed three people and we had plenty of food to bring home. The hummus was fresh and perfect. We also ordered a salad with extra pita. Salad with fresh, and also very large portion, and a pita was warm and stay together very well.. there was only one person working. Took our order, prepared the food and brought it to our table. He checked us a couple times. Since it was not busy when we went, he managed everything perfectly. We had an excellent experience and will definitely return.

My husband were so excited to try this place out because of the reviews. The pictures of the food look great and it looked adorable. First, the inside does not look anything like the pictures on Google. The fries for both of us were both inedible. They were cold, burnt, and rock hard. The crumbled when we snapped a couple in half. I have no idea how the cook and the server saw these and thought they were okay to serve. My gyro also had so much bits of food...so clearly the kitchen is a mess. There was tiny bits of lettuce (which do not come in a gyro, so clearly their assembly line is disgusting) and rice (also does not come in a gyro) in my gyro. And there is no sign stating there is a 3.5% fee when using your debit card....just a heads up.

In a cozy tight packed restaurant. All tables occupied with customers. Only 1 kid server serving all the tables. 1 chef in the kitchen doubling as bar tenderer. Obviously orders are delayed And backed up. Our food was served in cracked/chipped bowl(picture attached). No replacement

Took the train in from Chicago for the afternoon and stopped by this place. The orange blossom lemonade with vodka was great and the portion on the gyro shawarma bowl was massive - almost couldn’t finish it and I have a big stomach!I believe they were under renovation and then opened up again in March this year, but seems like a lot of people didn’t know it had reopened. Great stop if you’re in the area.
