Three weekends in a row and nobody answers the phone. Very poorly ran establishment. If I was the owner of this place I would be very upset. How do you drive business with nobody can put in an order.

Ordered dinner, there was a mistake with one of the pizzas, the manager took care of us without hesitation. She even delivered the pizza herself. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is how you handle them that show your character. A+

I dont know if it's true but I heard this location has new owners or managers. You've change some of your ingredients and it's just not good. I ordered from the lake station location about a month ago and it was delicious. We've tried twice with these new ingredients and it's just not the same. We won't be ordering from this location for a long time.

Just called its 8 and mother's day manager said her name is Kaitlyn and was forbidden to know the owner name. They said they closed because of no business. I said I'm business and she hung up on me. I'm sure my name and number is saved for repeated orders. This was a slap to me on mother's day. I will also add the site specifically Michigan city states it closes at 10. Update your web so you can stop disappointing your supporters. This happened before and it was a lie. Several months ago

Worst customer service of my life … I’ve worked in restaurants for years and I know computers break down and mistakes happen but if you want customers who have come to your restaurant for years you have to at least try to make it right. We ordered a pizza way ahead tonight and asked for it to be ready at 7:00 which it was. We arrived and the computer system was down okay we were patient finally 25 minutes after arriving we were able to pay with cash which we offered from the

I have been eating from J&Js since I was a teen living in the Portage area. I don't ever remember having issues from the Portage area. I am not sure how the Michigan City one is run, but in the over 5 years I've been ordering from this one, it has been relatively disappointing. From cold pizza, to barely sauced Buffalo wings, to 1 1/2 hours or even more for delivery, this place is erratic. Their food is really good when it's good, but you're chancing it every time. Was really disappointed with this last order. It took nearly 2 hours to arrive and arrived cold. I am going to hold off on a while again in hopes they're just having staffing issues like the a lot of other places. Bummer.
Only pays their workers $8 a hour for mandatory shifts regardless of whether you’re a driver or kitchen staff. Do you really want pizza from a place that treats their staff this way?

I ordered the stuffed pizza... half pepperoni half sausage and onion. It was great cheesy but not heavy and flaky buttery crust it was still good reheated next day! Ive never had a bad pizza here i love the valpo location but this one was great too will always come back!
