As per usual they got my order wrong. I ordered holiday pies and strawberry cream pies and they gave me all strawberry cream. I ordered 3 chicken biscuits and they only gave me 2.Of course you always find out once you get back to your house or down the street and it's not worth the time to wait in line for your missing items.

I went to this McDonald’s the other day and there was an employee who waited on me by the name of Jamer (don’t know if I’m spelling that right)! He had a wonderful smile, amazing attitude and was so kind to me. I could tell they were extremely busy and he did everything with such ease and peace but quick and efficient. My order was perfect! I gave this review 5 stars because of Jamer. Kindness is not too common at these fast food restaurants. I usually go to Westville McDonald’s but have decided to take my money here because of the good service and kind attitude.. Thank you Jamer

Went to order today. Pulled into the drive thru and was told it would be a second. They took 3 other orders from the other lane and never came back to me even though I was there first. Finally just parked and did a curbside order. Took them forever to bring the food out and when they did my big breakfast with hotcakes didn't have sausage and I received no syrup for that or my other pancake order.

This McDonald's use to be top notch. Definitely has went downhill fast in the last few months. Noticed a change in staff and it definitely has hurt the business. I was in drive-thru for 15 minutes the other day and food was cold when I got it .
