Our first time there! Food was absolutely delicious! ? Service and ambiance were excellent too! Will definitely be a repeat customer! Will definitely recommend and sing your praises! Thanks for being a part of our date weekend!!

Service was great (Patty P)! The prime rib was delicious. Actually, the raspberry sorbet was awesome. The carrot cake is huge and delicious! It was not busy on a Wednesday evening. The spinach and arugula salad was unique and tasty. Thanks Blue Chip—this was a “perk”!

Excellent steaks. Rose our hostess was great. Patrick the manager is always great. Miss the calamari appetizer though. Unfortunate side note...a couple came in the female was wearing half a crop top no bra large woman was very exposed with ripped up jeans. Prefer they enforce some sort of dress code cuz she was hanging out of all sides. Very unappetizing and ackward uncomfortable atmosphere. Was glad we were finishing up and didn't stay for another drink and dessert because she was seated right in front of our booth. This us a nice establishment so sad dresscode is not enforced.

Went for valentines day. Had reservations so we were able to be seated right away. Had great service. Food was amazing. Seemed to have plenty of wait staff this visit. Previous visits have not been as good seemed to be short handed and food wasn't as good.

Steaks were good but still seemed bland, bread baskets were really cool with different butters. The sorbet is pallet cleanser was new and refreshing. The sides were big enough for two or more people which was a nice surprise since they were an extra cost per side. Wasn't fond of getting a pepper on the side of the steak as it threw off the senses.

It was our first time and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The ambiance, food and service were all excellent and serves as a solid alternative to the downtown Chicago steak houses. Both of us had steak(Porterhouse & Strip) and they were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

I really like William B's, but last night I open my menu and there are old bread crumbs smashed(very small ) but had been there awhile on several pages, I ordered the queen prime rib and when it came out it looked beautiful,,,, but bad cut of meat, so tough , I tried it in several places, but couldn't chew it, Sally did a great job by taking it off our bill and bringing us dessert to go,, I have had prime rib here before and can tell you some of the best I have had, so I know it was just luck of the draw, still love this place it was handled well,, thanks

I've been here twice, it's nice, quiet...the quality of their steaks could be a bit better for a fine dining restaurant. Overall, fair value for the price, you typically spend around 60-100$ per person.Parking: Big parking, like every casino parking

We have always enjoyed eating at William B's, however this time was not the best. Service was slower, not as attentive as they have been in the past. Our salads seemed much smaller than we have before. We ordered the New York Strip steaks and they are different than what they have had previously(the server stated they were different steaks than they had previously), they contained a bone and the size was much smaller than what we have had with the previous New York Strips. My steak was cooked perfectly and tasted good, my husband's was a little over done and he said it was tough (although he refused to complain to our server). Although this experience wasn't the greatest, we will continue to support Williams B's as our overall experience is usually great. We just didn't feel the price of the steak ($76 each) was worth what we received. We wish they would bring back the other New York Strip!

The salads were great. The filet was great. The prime rib was rather tough and hard ro chew. The prices were higher than the menu that was sent on our email...quite a bit higher. The service was outstanding. Overall a good experience but I would not get the prime rib again. The waitress was very accommodating and friendly. Next time I will get the filet.

First visit to this Steakhouse and was extremely impressed with the quality of the food and the service. My scallop appetizer was perfectly prepared and literally melt in the mouth tender. I enjoyed the Chilean sea bass while my dining partner enjoyed a perfectly prepared filet. The complementary breadbasket with a selection of butters was a great beginning. Our server was so pleasant professional. I look forward to a return visit.

Such a good restaurant. Never had a bad meal. We come here often. The steaks are perfect, the fish is tender and the crème brûlée is wonderful. Always a treat to see the friendly manager, he's been there forever.
