I ordered from the app. Drive thru took 20 min. 2 chicken sandwiches had mayo and lettuce, wasn't supposed to. Missing cheese on one. Another was suppose to be spicy chicken, it was regular. Took my kids back in to get no mayo or lettuce, add cheese to one, it took another 20 min. I didn't fool w the regular Chicken that wad pose to be spicy, even though it's almost 6.00 sandwich. They were short staffed but 40 min at BK is ridiculous

Food wasn't the greatest but they're really understaffed so I understand the rushing around and not being able to take the time needed to do everything needed to do to make the food as it should be. As far as service it was awful. It was 7:32 p.m. when we pulled up and got out to go in and sit to eat but the dining room was already closed for the night. I don't understand why they close the dining area so early because then the drive thru is extremely long by the time you get to the window for your food it's partially cold.

I had forgotten how good their chicken nuggets were, just one bite and I was transported momentarily back to my childhood. Their ghost pepper chicken fingers are amazing! I don't really eat from there a lot but when I do, they don't disappoint me often. While the food quality is excellent, I am however upset that my last two orders they were missing items from the orders. They repeated our order back to us both times, and said everything we asked for but both times something was missing. I didn't complain to Burger King because the items were not on the receipt and we weren't charged for them.

Got a couple of extra crunchy Italian Chicken sandwiches with fries; and the Italian Chicken sandwiches were PHENOMENAL.

About the same service, had to wait "20" minutes on food and lady was very rude because I missed the exit and went over the curb. People need to lighten up some, you never know what kind of day other people are having!

Order was wrong 2 times in a row. I called the second time and supposedly they wrote it down. Tonight when I went to replace the food the manager treated me like I was a liar. She said they didn't write it down. She replaced the food but was hateful the whole time. I've always had good vibes from there until Tonight. So the dyed redhead manager should quit if she doesn't like dealing with the mistakes of her establishment.
