Good place from what I’ve had. But the locations closed, so just keeping people updated

Cute little shop with great decor. One of the best taro teas I've had, super creamy! The kiwi popping boba pack a punch too.

Really good boba; I go here after every meal I have in the village, no matter how full I am. Almost ruptured my stomach once because of it, but it was worth it because this tea slams. Taro tea with kiwi bubbles is the best combo.

Amazing place! Everytime I go just i feel safe and welcome!! The only thing is that they run out of large cups and tapioca but besides that it’s just an amazing place to be and you feel at home!

I occasionally stop by for a milk tea, and today in particular the employee was just a delight! Willing to offer flavor combos, and made it look easy to get my order ready while simultaneously entertaining my questions about her pink hair!

The tea is good, but I’ve gone there 4-5 times in the past 2 or 3 months and they haven’t had tapioca boba every time I’ve gone. I haven’t seen any signs that they stopped selling it or haven’t had it and I was going in 4-5 hours before closing. I get brown sugar jelly instead and it’s alright but I’m just not sure why they wouldn’t have the original boba. Also I’m super sad that they stopped selling poke ??

I love the tea and bao here soooo yummy. totaly come here. they always have such nice staff. I love the little shop's inside it has a little fan art wall (my fan art says to sub to my youtube channel, take it's advice Girl Nico Queen) sorry. Anyway come here I love boba and this is a little city gem if I do say so myself.

They have a cute art wall now and asked if I wanted to put some art up there and I did. Their bubble tea is always tastey. But if you get the large now they make it with real milk. I am lactose intolerant. So I am only able to get the small ones. T.T That's the only thing. I wish they had different milk substitutes if they were going to do that. I like it a lot.Parking: There is a lot of student only parking around the store and no specific parking for it as far as I know. There is parking for the stores around it. So I usually park in one of those and also go to that store while going to hoku poke. Otherwise you have to find street parking that isn't studently only. Some of the lots are student only too. It can be hard to find parking especially accessible parking. I still had to walk a good distance and usually from a lot filled with pot holes. I wish there was a better solution to that.
The workers here are always so nice and the boba always tastes so good. Defiantly my go to place when I want some type of milk tea

Eh I really liked Hoku Poke when they first opened and I only ever came for the boba. Just went today and my drink was very bland and not cold. Also, minute detail, but my bf watched as the employee put my drink on the lid machine and then take it off and give me a regular lid. For the customer service, quality of drink, and spending $8 after tip, I don’t think it’s worth it anymore.

the boba is nice! don't really understand the rest of the restaurant with their recent changes but i like boba and that's the main draw in my opinion.

I used to come here all the time. I hadn't been in a while and came back with my girlfriend today to get pokè and boba. There was a sign on the door that said "no pokè bowls" but we figured we would still get boba so we went in. Not 5 minutes into being in the store I got really really sick. Turns out they had peanut products just sitting out open with NO signage posting that they had switched to having peanut products in the establishment. I had to bolt out to my meds in the car. The negligence and stupidity of this shop could have killed me. It takes 2 seconds to say "peanut products in establishment." Hoku Poke cares less than 2 seconds about their customers.

Stopped serving Poke. Only reason I'm giving 3 star is because of the boba tea which is fantastic, and the staff are just as fantastic and knowledgeable about what they serve. They had a solid NICHE with being the only Poke restaurant within a reasonable distance and decided they weren't making enough. Sad.
