I had a giant birthday cookie sent to my daughter at college. The Door Dash people never delivered it. The girl at Insomnia apologized profusely and took care of getting another sent out to her right away, all with a friendly and helpful disposition. My daughter said the cookie arrived right on time as promised, and she and her friends loved it! I will definitely be using them again for future treats for her!

Was walking on campus today and stopped in to try a cookie. I got a chocolate mint chip cookie. It was just ok. The girl behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. They have ice cream and cold drinks and milk as well. I probably won't return as I prefer really big, gourmet cookies-just a personal preference.
