I come in regularly late at night, this store is always incredibly neat and wicked fast service. The workers are always really cool and nice to me !! I've heard some negative stories about other Jimmy John's, but this Martin Street location never fails to be really great!Dietary restrictions: They accommodate my food allergies to the absolute best of their abilities.

Apparently they can't even get the numbers right for their own food. I order a NUMBER 8. They decided to put a NUMBER 9 instead. Then they took 10 minutes to fix it. Would MAYBE think of going back for only the convince of it being close to campus.

My order was first delivered to a fraternity that was nearby, which obviously took the order. (Without giving my name, the driver did not even ask.) Then, the driver delivered my order to a house that was a 10 minute walk from my house. I called after the first “delivery,” and gave explicit instructions. Luckily the house from the second delivery saw my order, and called my phone number (clearly listed on the ticket.) I had to walk 10 minutes to and from that house to actually get my order. I ended up receiving my order an hour and fifty-five minutes after ordering.

Terrible service, can’t even hear what the people are trying to order. Ordered a number 5 and they instead made me a number 1, which is completely incorrect. Didn’t offer any assistance, just told me “all I know is what’s on the receipt,” instead of offering to make me what I ordered. Never go here unless you want to be disappointed. Wasn’t even busy. Would give zero stars if I could.
Manager was unbothered and didn’t care what was going on. Called twice wondering where my order was after an hour(I live 5 minutes from the store) was told to call back in 10 minutes if my order wasn’t here. I called back after ten minutes and she said they would remake my order and have it sent out because the delivery driver was back at the store after he had been instructed in the comments to leave it on my porch. I asked if he needed directions to my house in case he was unsure from the first attempt and she spoke to me like I was an idiot for asking that. Ended up asking for a refund and never got my food.

Took over an hour for "speedy delivery" a mile and a half away, called over 4 times in the span of an hour and they kept saying that they were behind on drivers which I would understand except for the fact that they have 2 drivers on staff and it took an hour and 15 minutes to deliver 1 sandwich less than a 3 minute drive away. Very disappointed with this location and it's service, only reason I am giving a 2 star is because the food was 6/10.

This location's food is great! But unfortunately it gets 3 stars because the wait on the orders is absolutely unacceptable. It takes way too long to get the food. People in the store are friendly so that's a plus The quality of food is okay but definitely wouldn't want to go back to wait about 50min to get the food when this is supposed to be a fast food place. Disappointed

Giant sub... turkey Tom with lettuce, mayo, and tomatoes add pickle... fabulous. Just a smidgen overpriced. Will be back someday but not in any hurry.

They have been in the area after the close of a high profile incidental dive into ball state university archives, when a woman named Linda tried to take me out to dinner there. But I usually went with my gut and was refused service at the Pita Pit Edith across the street. Now that they have no competition with the university shut down after COVID, there is no need to walk inside. The sandwich was not made to order. But the boys were friendly and the food was good enough to sit me down long enough to inhale something. But no cigar not anymore.
