This place is terrible I have had some awful experiences the manager named Tim that works there should really be fired and not have a job the way he treats people is ridiculous and I tried speaking incorporate twice about the situation was told that the district manager would get back ahold of me within 48 hours I never got no response to any of my complaints so I will no longer be eating Papa John's I will definitely not order there again and I advise other people to do the same steer away from this place especially the one on the McGalliard but I feel like if corporate don't care no more about their customers to even give them a call back then what's the point with this place at all you would think when somebody finds hair and their food it would be priority to talk to them and figure out the situation but they just blew me off and so did the managers and they forgot the chicken wings and got mad because I asked them if they could send them back out that ain't that their job

Bring the only location on that end of town, they do great! Food, service, and speed is great depending on when you order. They do get backed up just a little during rushes on busy nights but handle it well. When we order from here we know we will get exactly what we ordered. I've even ordered a pizza with anchovies and it was great, it also had bacon.

Ordered online to pick up at 5. We went in at 515 and told another 20 minutes. Why even order with a time. I ordered at 11am for pick up to make sure we would get on time. This was crazy and their was no apology or anything else. Disappointed!
They ran out of gluten free crust. The order still went through. They did not make every attempt to contact us about the order therefore my family had pizza and I did not. When we called the store, the "manager" was condescending and rude and blamed me for my food allergy.Dietary restrictions: See above.
