I ordered the pork tenderloin and the fritter was overcooked and dry.

Wasn't really a fan of the place. Really dim lighting inside. Didn't give an inviting type feel. The food was ok. The biscuits and gravy were pretty salty. So I assume it was from a can and not made fresh? And then I had the apple omelet. That was ok, but nothing crazy. Only one server working. Was very slow in there. They had 2 sections closed off. As we ate, more people came in and the server, you could tell, was getting overwhelmed a little.

I had the crispy chicken salad and it was sooooo good! The waitstaff was very patient and helpful and the food came out at a reasonable speed and tasted great.

You can look through my yelp and tell that I do not give one stars hardly at all! I always give the benefit of the doubt. This place was horrible. We had no wait to get a table. There were a few tables open. Seemed like a nice place. Got our drinks and looked over the menu. We ordered 1 omelet, 1 skillet and 1 waffle. After waiting over 45 minutes we were getting restless. We told them we didn't have time to wait any longer. They presented us with a bill for food that they still didn't have ready. I paid the $44.44 and said I find it wild that you would charge me for food that we waited almost an hour for and you never brought. They basically just blinked and stared. Oh yeah, and swiped my card. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I can't rate the food but the coffee was as blah and as boring as coffee gets.

This very welcoming Cafe has been the absolute best addition to Muncie. The food is great, service is warm and the Classic Rock music choice brought my dad peace. I can't thank them enough for 45 minutes of peace and joy. What is so small to others seems to be huge to us. Highly recommend and we will be back♡ Thanks again.
