Several things to note on this visit. Party of 11, so we sat at 2 different tables. The workers on the phone were great to deal with and told us that from the beginning and absolutely no problem. The service was where the issues started. Since we had 2 tables (back to back), 4 of our teenagers and 2 others in our party sat at one table and adults and grandparents at the other. When a few of our salads were brought out with the wrong dressings, Quinn stated, “they’re just salads, it’s not the end of the world.” Steaks were not cooked to specified temperatures and 2 people who got chicken critters couldn’t finish because they were flavorless and gross. Lastly, at the table with 4 teenagers and two 25 year year olds, Quinn turns the ziosk and explains that’s if you’re paying on card to do it on there and you can split it. Teenagers told her that they’re with the other people (point to our other table) and she says “just don’t dine and dash.” Extremely rude & off putting thing to say as a server. We informed her that they are on their parents’ bills and will be paid for that way. Very unprofessional. By the looks of several other recent reviews, Muncie Texas Roadhouse is going downhill. Take your business elsewhere or just dine and dash when you go here!

Well last night was not good.I normally have good things to say about the Roadhouse, but not today. I ordered my food and sat and waited for 1hr. My waiter acted like I wasn't even there. I had to flag him down as he was racing by me for drinks and rolls an no plate.I finally got tired of waiting and asked to just have my food to go. Then waited another 15 minutes to actually get it. If they were busy I could understand the wait. But they were not busy. And also I might add that the steaks here never get cooked properly. Medium is not rare and medium well is not well. Please I hope management looks at this review and takes action .
