I was really excited when I heard they were putting a location in Muncie, but all that excitement quickly went away after experiencing the consistent poor service, incorrect orders, slow wait times, lack of professionalism, etc. I held out hope for this location, but tonight did it for me. After my order was incorrect, I had to wait 20 minutes on the phone only to get put on hold, and then after finally deciding to just go back inside the store I was asked to wait for PEOPLE BEHIND ME (Eric was the name of this employee) and after ANOTHER 30 mins of waiting I was told by another employee (did not get his name, but he was toothless and smelled like cigarettes) that they could not do an in store refund as it had to be processed by the district manager. Why not tell me that before making me wait 45 minutes? Why is this store consistently in shambles? When are the managers and employees going to figure out how to mitigate the chaos?Incompetent and unprofessional in every way possible.

Went and picked up our online order right after placing it. When I got it back home, the fries were not packaged in box so it they were cold. The wings were as well but not as bad. Definitely not bad tasting but not worth the money. I'll stick with Buffalo Wild Wings!

Good wings when you need something quick. Doesn’t come with a dipping sauce when you order by the wing, and sauce is a little pricy. Overall not bad. Plan to spend $6-$7 more per person than you would at a fast food place.

Terrible service!!!! We waited 30 mins over the time we were quoted, just for them to say they meant to call us cause they ran out of the wings!! They never canceled our order so we got charged $46 for food we did not receive, which I have been trying to get refunded but can't ever seem to talk to anyone & shockingly the store that took my money can't refund it!!!! The manager I talked to didn't even try to fix the problem just quickly gave me a number that she says was their corporate office!!! But can't ever get thru to anyone

Placed an order online. Out of wings when I arrived. No one called. No one denied the order. No one at the restaurant can refund my money. A pathetic state of operations that no one seems to care about. Sad for a restaurant under a year old, running itself out of business.

We've tried 4 times between 2 locations...Our order has been messed up 75% of the time. Our wait time is MUCH longer than quoted 50% of the time. We've been on hold (trying to fix the order) well over an hour. We've been hung up on 3 times. Twice, we've been put on an endless hold. We were once told a manager would call my wife back, but that was over a month ago.3 bad experiences. Twice in Muncie Indiana and once in Anderson Indiana

We order online 20 pieces boneless and cheese fries. It was cold chickens and no cheese on fries! Fries wasn't cook enough. This place used to be great place .

The food has been good each time I have been there. The service from the person running the register was fine but the last 2 visits I made to the store for pickup, they shorted me 10 wings each time. They made it right but I had to drive back to the store and that is frustrating. This store combines different flavored wings in the same container. It would be easier to verify my order if you separate each flavor in its own container and make it easier to double check the count of each flavor. It should match the receipt. Order fillers are struggling to count. The store front was clean.
