The food at the restaurant was great. The rooms have very thin walls was kept awake until approx 11:30 pm after a long day of traveling. Pillows are very flat if you like fluffy ones bring your own. The noise was the worst part.

Great meal. Atmosphere was nice, local band providing music at a level where conversations could still be heard. Staff was friendly, food was fresh and hot.

We had lovely time here with my parents on a Sunday afternoon. We took the beautiful drive down from Indy and had lunch. Great burgers and fish. Excellent service. I love the old school vibes.

Breakfast buffet is outstanding and a good price at $15. We stayed at the brown county inn that I highly recommend too...you can go from your room to the pool, lounge or restaurant with our going outside. Very clean, beds were comfortable...and I noticed they have two EV chargers on site too.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly

Always a great experience! Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Something yummy for everyone in the family. This is a family friendly establishment, and you will feel like family dinning with them!Betsy is one of our favorite servers there she's sweet and attentive.Parking: This establishment is located inside the Brown County INN. Plenty of free hotel parking. We have never had a problem finding parking at this establishment.Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids menu, and staff is wonderful with children.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp, wheelchair accessible restrooms and dinning room tables.

Cozy little dinner with great service. I gave the food 4 star rating because I believe the food is low quality. I has the stake and fries and the stake had a few spots that I couldn't chew. My girlfriend had the meatloaf manhattan and it also wasn't great quality either.Parking: Plenty of space!

I have stayed at the Brown County Inn annually for several years (except during the pandemic years), and had good experiences. On the weekend of January 19th, I was in a room on the far south side of the first floor. When I checked in, there were quite a few "ladybugs" (who are actually Japanese lady beetles) in my room. Some were flying around the room, some were crawling around the room, and some were attracted to the ceiling light near the room exit. We killed a few before going out, which was annoying. Later I stopped by the front desk and the staff member there said that room has problems with ladybugs. WHY they would book a room with a KNOWN BUG PROBLEM? I obtained a fly swatter from him. When I returned to my room I did a thorough search and discovered dozens of both dead and alive bugs in the room, including many dead ones near the patio door. This told me the room hadn't been vacuumed recently. Throughout the weekend, I killed and flushed both dead and alive bugs. I lost count of how many, but it had to be somewhere around 30 at least. The morning of checkout, I returned the swatter before going to breakfast, and the front desk employee said she was "sorry that happened", and gave me a $10 voucher for breakfast. Seriously? I was angry that I still had to pay full price for a weekend dealing with bugs in my room. When I was leaving the room with my luggage (hoping no bugs were in my luggage), a manager and maintenance person came to my room. The manager apologized again with that "sorry this happened" and "we've been trying to get rid of them", but didn't comp any portion of my room charge. They know several of these rooms have a bug problem and still put guests in them. WRONG. Paying around $250 for a weekend of killing bugs in one's hotel room is unacceptable.

I stayed here on a recent trip to the area-was only there about 9 hours and was too late to try the restaurant/bar. Overall, a good stay with clean and comfortable accommodations. One test to me when I stay somewhere is shower water pressure and water temperature and ours had both. I'll definitely look to stay there again the next time I'm in the area.

As a longtime loyal supporter of the Brown County Inn, I have to ask "what has happened to the food"? Tonight we ordered the "new" fish and chips, the plate seriously looked like it had 3 fish sticks on it. I used to look forward to the changing menu, now it is static and downsized. I loved brunch and breakfast there, they had the best smoked brisket hash! It's now gone, the sausage gravy looks canned or frozen and the biscuits are not the same.

Nice location for dinner and drinks near the music center. Citrus salmon and pork ribeye was good. Service was awesome. Reasonable prices as well.
