We stopped in to try the Boom Shakes, and while they’re definitely a showstopper visually, the overall experience was a bit disappointing. The shakes come loaded with eye-catching treats like donuts, brownies, candy, sprinkles, etc — great for photos and a fun novelty, especially for kids. However, once the toppings are removed, there’s actually not much milkshake in the cup, and what’s there was thin, watery, and lacking in flavor. For the price — $32 for two shakes — we expected something more substantial and satisfying. We ordered the “Party Like It’s Yo Birthday” shake and were told they were out of cupcakes, so a brownie was substituted instead. Not a huge deal, but still a letdown considering the theme and price point.
The tables and bathroom were noticeably dirty during our visit, which took away from the experience a bit. That said, the employee working was very friendly and kind, which we genuinely appreciated.
Overall, it was a fun one-time treat for the kids, but between the price and the thin milkshake, we probably wouldn’t go out of our way to return. That said, it’s a cute shop with plenty of ice cream options to choose from!

My husband and I got the Let's Go Bananas Boom Shake, and it is a masterpiece! It has a banana Moonpie in it, with banana slices, vanilla wafers, and whipped cream. The shake itself has chunks of banana and vanilla wafers in it. Their ice cream is so fresh!

We came for ice cream as they are listed as an ice cream place. We walked all the way through the place and never saw an employee. We did see a gentleman trying to find his waitress to pay but no one to ask about ice cream. There was a nice looking seating area. A nice looking bar area but I couldn't tell if there was an ice cream area or how the food and service was. Disappointing experience.

I couldn’t enjoy the shake I purchased because I couldn’t stop thinking about all the germs and bacteria that was transferred from the multi purpose glove used to make my shake. I watched this employee use the same gloves to text, take out trash, and patty-cake the counters. Thankfully the manager was understanding of my discontentment and gave me a refund. 🤮

This is the best shop around! Their shakes are $15 but worth every penny. They’re amazing! My brother got a shake that came with an ice cream sandwich and a bunch or Oreos on top. I got the strawberry cheesecake that came with an entire slice of cheesecake on top! It was a huge shake too! Definitely making this a regular stop!
Kid-friendliness: They have an adorable cubby with the cutest tiny benches! And kid sized benches outside!
