We visited on a week night when there were only a few other tables. Unfortinately, service was still pretty slow. Our table shared an assortment of Tapas. The food came out as it was ready, which was great. However, the food was just alright. The meatballs were cold, the empanadas were more pastry than filling, and they were barely warm. The tacos and tamales each had a good portion size, but the flavors weren't for us. Overall, I found myself disappointed and left hungry. I may give this spot another try, but it will be a while.

I hate to be one to complain... but after 4back to back experiences here Im ticked. The food is great. .. thats if you receive the food you pay for and theres not a bug crawling on it. "Renovations next door" was the excuse. Okay.... gave it another try... waiter constantly ignored us and waited on the table right beside us. Last 2 tries i had family or friends from out of state... long trip looking forward to good food. Well they close at 8pm when the door and online says 9pm. I really tried hard to like them. But the only thing thats good is the food and drinks if theres no cockroaches crawling on them.

Service has been horrible the past four times I've been there. First, they forgot to bring out our food and charged for it. Second, there was a cockroach crawling on my desert. Third, got to the restaurant one hour before closing and they had already closed the kitchen early because they didn't want to work. Made up an excuse about it, but when pointed out online and on the door the actual time they close, they said nothing. The server/bartender blonde kid ignores us and takes over 20 minutes to take the order, then takes another 20 minutes in between to bring out the food/drinks and refills. It is a shame because as a fellow Cuban myself, I have raved about this place before to my friends, but not anymore. I'm telling everyone to stay away from roaches and horrible service.

We went with six people. We all got different things and most people got multiple tapas with a drink and dessert. EVERYONE loved every part of their meal! We ranged from a toddler to vegetarians to omnivores. It was so good that we stayed in town a little bit later the next day so we could have lunch there again. They recognized us the next day and welcomed us back. It’s a very friendly atmosphere. My two year old went up to watch the musician play on Friday night and he even was invited up onstage to play bongos with the musician who was unbelievably kind and supportive. We will be back on any future trips to the Louisville area.

What a great surprise! We have thought about stopping here several times, and I'm so glad we finally did. The food is delicious, and the staff are so friendly. We shared a couple small apps & they were delicious! I cannot wait to return here very, very soon!!!

This was our first experience with Cuban cuisine. We were very pleased with how many choices of small plates were on the menu. The food was delicious. The wait staff was very attentive and was gracious in translating all of entrees's ingredients. Thr small plates were quite filling. The dining area was tastefully decorated with Cuban art. We will definitely dine there again.

I chose this establishment for birthday dinners tonight after reviewing the online menu for both prices and what they offered, and I was very disappointed to find after being seated with my group and viewing the menu that both the offerings in some cases and the prices in all were not the same; prices were much higher. After asking our server about some of the tapas offerings that were online, but not not on the menu, he replied that there had been a change in the menu, and the owner doesn't keep up very well with the online menu. To me, that is misrepresentation. What you say you offer online should be the same as what is on the menu in the restaurant. While service was good, the food was not up to the price they charged.

We went there on a date just because we have never been there before and we were not disappointed. Food was amazing and atmosphere was great. It can be a Lil pricey but the food is worth it.

We had heard so many wonderful things about this place that we had to try it. On a positive note the waitress was friendly and helpful. The food was beautifully plated. The food just didn’t have a lot of flavor though. The main course was under seasoned and the appetizer was tasty but on not warm enough. I’m usually generous with my ratings but for the price I just didn’t love it. I’ve heard that the key to this place is to just order a bunch of appetizers (topas) and make that your meal. If I try it again I that’s what I’ll have to do.

My daughter and I just got back in from St. Louis and stopped here around 9:15pm. They informed us that they closed at 930, which is different than what is advertised on Google (10pm). The manager was super nice and sat us anyway. We had the grouper tacos and the kids cheeseburger, sweet potato fries, with smoked honey. Everything was DELICIOUS. Server was very nice. We're definitely going back soon

No need to order an entree this place would be an amazing Icebreaker for a first date!!!

The food was great but the service left a lot to be desired. After we received our food, the server was nowhere to be found until they cleared our table. Then we waited 30 more minutes before asking the host for our check. I highly recommend if you're looking for a good cuban culinary experience, just don't expect much from every server.

Comimg from someone who is not afraid to pay $$$ for a good quality meal, I feel as if it was a little over-priced for what I got. I paid over $20 for this....they didn't bring the sauce, I had to ask for it. the risotto didn't taste appealing but that's just probably personal preference. Didn't eat it.The soup was good and I did enjoy that.Took what seemed like forever to get our food, they forgot our appetizer which we had to ask for, only had 1 refill, had to ask for the check...they were not busy... there were multiple servers.May try again, maybe with another menu option.

This was by far the worst experience ever. Server and manager definitely don't care at all about customer service. The food was lacking flavor. They were trying to charge me for a plate that we returned after notifying the server that was not the same as the description in the menu. We visited on Saturday night whish is usually a busy time a day but was almost empty. That tells you everything about this place. I seriously don't know how they make money. They definitely totally ruined our experience.

A wonderful restaurant that needs time to recover from the staffing and supply issues caused by covid19. I had a birthday dinner here recently and the staff did their best to accommodate our group but the food isn't up to the high standards they have created for themselves. If you would like to support this restaurant like me, you would do well to adjust your expectations before you go. Im sure things will improve with time!!
