If I could give negative stars I would! 30 mins before they are supposed to close and the employees were rude and would only responded with "we're closed, leave" at the drive thru.

Just got home found out my order is wrong. If your workers paid more attention to your customers instead of sitting there and talking to each coworker. Maybe my order would not be wrong.This Toca bell has always had problems with there works.

My review would easily be 5 stars had I recieved good service. Every time I go here the food is great and exactly what I expect from a fast food chain. One of the things I like most about it is the fact that it's open so late! However during one of my last visits at midnight after a long trip the 2 teenagers working the shift were busy talking to friends they served food to. We watched them walk out of the building after eating as we pulled into the drivethrough and sat there waiting for a response. About 5 minutes later one of the teenagers spoke and said, "we're closed". This location specifically closes at 3AM? And we just saw you serve other customers? Nowhere else was open and we didn't have much food in the house so of course this was upsetting information. If you're going to work somewhere with late shifts don't close early for your own convenience.

If I could take away stars I definitely would! You can order anything without nacho cheese ? um... It's not hot.. we can't heat things at this facility?? Please someone explain ... You can't heat cheese???

The red headed woman (possibly manager) has a nasty attitude and is lazy ,incompetent ,and the staff constantly ignore people. Teenage boy upfront asked me about my order then proceeded to walk away and ignore me for 15 min while food sat there since before I even asked about it ! I asked them to make it fresh since it had been 15 min and they blamed me saying I should have been there earlier and proceeded to talk down about me to her staff behind the counter. I asked for my cold food for fear of retaliation aka SPIT.

This is the sadest taco bell ever. Been here 3 times orderd 4 soft tacos 1st time and they screwed it up. 2nd time sat at drive thru at 8:30 pm and for over 5min all lights were on workers were Inside I pulled up to window and knocked on it till guy walked up he said they were closed cause short staffed could see 3 people cleaning so how many does it take. Then tonight pulled up orderd he said pull to window once there he said I had to pay with card or exact change. And he forgot to tell me I snagged my 20 back out of his hands a drove off without the food. They should shut this bell down and open a fast food company that has some idea of how to run a company. It's sorry sorry sorry and franchise should shut this owner down. And hire employees with more than 1 brain cell.

Food was excellent and hot.Service was very slow as the workers were filling all the drive thru orders, ignoring the inside customers.Then they put our food on the counter n it was just sitting there. Other people waiting were pawing thru the bag to see if it was their food. UghI am cautious with germs n that upset me.

The guy working the drive thru tonight was super impatient while I was trying to order my food, seemed like everything I wanted to add to my quesadilla was a major inconvenience, and he even made a loud “sigh” noise through the speaker, like adding extra chicken was such an inconvenience for him to hit that button. My receipt says his name is Gannon. Also as I was sitting at the window he handed me my food but not my drink so I was just patiently waiting for my drink, and then a different young man working proceeded to open the window asking me if I needed something, so I said yes actually that drink your holding is mine, he had the worst attitude and rolled his eyes at me when I responded, then proceeded to mouth off about me having an attitude problem when he literally asked me in a disrespectful tone of voice. This location always sucks, honestly they always forget items on your order or proceed to make it wrong.

Placed order using the mobile app and then drove to establishment to pick up. I requested in store pickup due to using the connected gas station. After a 5 minute drive I waiting at the counter 15+ minutes to receive my order. There were 2 people that ordered at kiosks in the lobby after I arrived and they received there order before me along with 15+ vehicles through drive thru. Spoke with manager who stated she would discuss with employees and see why this happened, especially when the young lady working the counter and drive thru verbally called out that i was there to pick up my order.

The staff seem tired of their job. They hardly ever get my order correct anymore. And the food is not as satisfying as it used to be. Sloppy, looks and tastes old or overcooked.
