Visited after prime lunch time on a Thursday. Sign posted by the door alerted patrons that the restaurant is understaffed (like many places) so there could be a delay in getting your food. Everything was just as delicious as it looks in the photo! My server, Cassandra, was very attentive and provided an exceptional experience. The kitchen staff was fast. I couldn't believe how fast my meal came to my table. Everything was hot and tasty. Bravo, Famous Dave's!

The brisket is really good. I remember the portions of meat to be larger. The image shows the 3 meat selection! One meat would not have been enough. The sides are nothing special at all. The side salad was much better than the potato salad. Great server, she was tipped well.
