Waited 15 minutes before we even had a waitress. Waited a half hour for some cheese bites. Waited an hour for the food. The ribs were colder than my coleslaw. Fries was supposed to be on the same plate, came out five minutes after my ribs and were fresh. My fiancé and I love Applebees and I think Columbus is well more worth the drive and we live 7 minutes away from this one and that’s sad to say

Ordered endless wings. Took an hour for the first plate. As soon as it came out I asked to go ahead and put my next order for wings in. I finished the first plate and my bill was brought out. the second plate came out another hour from then and it was 6 very small not even bite size wings that I wasted all that time to get. Endless wings? More like endless time. If you actually want to get your money's worth you'd have to wait there for 3 days to get your wings.

Piss poor service!! Took an hour to get appetizers just to have it cold and remaid before they were brought back to us we got our main entrées was told that we would be discounted least $30 dollars for the inconvenience but only got $12 and when I mentioned it the waitress was rude yet again!! What was supposed to be a good night with our family was worse everTRIED to give it a go around again figured would different BOYYYY WAS I WRONG!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK TO THAT PLACE AND THAT'S FACTS THE EMPLOYEES ARE JUST AS RUDE AS THE MANAGERS

Our server Zach was very new. He was very nice and communicated with us about the kitchen being behind. But we barely noticed. We also noticed the car side person being very friendly. I think Zach said her name was Alexis. The inside needs a few renovations. Our booth had a tear in the seat that was duct taped and the light kept flickering but the staff made all those little things seem oblivious
We enjoy going to Applebee's. The food is usually good , but the Holiday menu is deceiving! It has 4 Delicious looking meals and in big red letters it says $13.99. So my friend and I ordered off the menu. We were discussing how reasonable that was. The waitress never said a word and took our order. When we got the bill it was twice what we thought it should be . We looked at the menu again and in very tiny letters it had another price under a couple of the meals! They make it look like they're all $13.99 and in reality only a couple are that price! So beware of the new menu!
