So I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that no one there woke up today and decided to do even the bare minimum of their job. I ordered curly fries, was given the crinkle fries. I ordered two plain roast beefs, to be DRENCHED in cheddar sauce, but was instead given two uncooked roast beefs drenched in horsey sauce, a half squirt of cheddar sauce, and on the wrong buns. I also ordered 4 cups of cheddar sauce on the side for the fries...got home, opened them up, and they ended up not even being half full.I can only assume that instead of actually making what I ordered, they decided to just grab whatever had been sitting under the heat lamp for God knows how long. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to comprehend that order at all, especially after I was specific. I'm happy I didn't order a drink with no ice, because I probably would've been given a cup full of ice with a squirt of soda in it. What a waste.I've worked in fast food, as well as the restaurant industry, and I can confirm that this was laziness and incompetence, pure and simple. Especially since I ordered the same thing from this place yesterday, and yesterday they nailed it. Pamela got the order right. Whoever worked today didn't actually work.

Not great. Just the facts: No roast beef so I ordered 3 piece chicken tender meal and a turnover. Charged for a 5 piece, drink was wrong, and no turnover that I paid for. By the time I got home they were closed and no one to call.Definitely won't be back.

I never rate fast food, restaurants because they're often universally terrible, but the staff at this Arbys were awesome. Really nice, polite, prompt, food was hot and fresh and they brought it to my table. Great job

Got my food, after I got to the house, they forgot my apple turnover and sauce. After going back for it, they put the sauce inside where the turnover was and the food was cold when I got back to the house.

SUPER pleasant lady waiting on me at the drive thru for Arby's on LWW by the airport. I can't remember the last time I was waited on by someone who made you feel like they actually WANTED to be there! Made me rethink of the way I should sound on the phone with my own customers.

I'm a little surprised that the only reviews for this Arby's location aren't very good, but it just goes to show that people only voice negative opinions. I on the other hand would like to say that I have always been pleasantly surprised with the service and the food here. I do stop here often since it's on my way to NWI and the other day I stopped at the drive thru TWO MINUTES after they opened. If I had a guest come in two minutes after unlocking the door, I would be irritated, but the guy who helped me was so incredibly polite and helpful. My food was your typical Arby's fair, a beef and cheddar meal, and was to be expected. I seem to have good luck with gas station restaurants and this is no exception.

I believe the manager waited on me, and from the time she took my order from the time she delivered it to me was a pleasure, usually the staff in that entire area of Lincolnway East at the fast food establishments, the people are angry, maybe that's why most stores I go into employee Older or Elderly now!

Food is nasty! I waited in.line for 15 minutes. My food was luke warm. I couldn't even order a shake. No machine. The food is not tasty at all.
