We stopped in on a Friday night. There were only 2 people working and they were working their tails off to get orders out s quickly as possible. They let us know up front it would be a bit of a wait. You could tell they weren't used to being the only 2 there, but they were making it work! They were both super nice and the food was great.

I ordered a number 4 ,3 piece tender meal with coleslaw. I was about to eat the coleslaw and found a Long string of hair it.I went back.in to tell them.The worker tried to give me another 1.No Thank you I won't be coming back there!!

Order through the app. Delivery driver dropped the food off at the wrong place and when we reached out to KFC they said nothing they could do about it. Door dash said that they had to handle it but they flat out refused. Poor customer service.

Cashier told me they dont except coupons on coupons in the mail. As a member you receive coupons daily for KFC which I like. He stated they don't have a scanner, I've never heard of this. I see the owners are not even responding to reviews so they must don't care neither. You all employees are getting so rude and disrespectful it's ridiculous. What happen to the customer come first or customer service at that anyway!!!!!!!??

Go here almost everyday for drumsticks (OR) for the kids and very rarely have any issue. Only problem we sometimes encounter is when they run out of chicken.

Horrible. They made me wait 10 minutes for a sandwich. There was no line. It wasn't busy. There were 3 people working and they asked me to pull out of the drive thru and into the a parking spot....like there were people behind me. All of that just to stick 2 chicken tenders into a sandwich This place is a joke and so are the people working there.

Now people can't put more than one order in a drive thru. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. It's simple you take an order process it than take the next one. No big deal. You count on them ti get your order tight it's not a super complicated math problem. And this is after a FEW disappointing visits. Their attitude sucks yet after it was their mistake. Either close down all the restaurants who have incompetent employees or please spend a little more time in the training process. Good customer service nowadays from fast food restaurants is rare. Why?

We unfortunately have not heard from KFC, having contacted them several times and ways. Here is our most recent visit. We have dined at KFC since we were kids, we're now in our 70s. Never had issues. However, we would like to report having been taken advantage yesterday. First we told the gentleman exactly what we were wanting and asked him to configure it so we got the best deal. We not only didn't get what we ordered, but we think that we were charged more than we should have been. Here is what we 'wanted': 2 orders hot wings (this was correct) but the rest of the order gets squirrelly. We asked for: 1 breast, one thigh, 2 slaws and a large fries. NO drinks, no meals unless it was cheaper that way. We were charged 9.79 for a meal with an add on of 1.98; (we were given a large and a small breast - no thigh), 2 slaws at 7.18; fries at 6.19 plus the wings which were correctly charged and given. In summary, we were charged 25.14 (plus tax) for the 2 pcs of chicken, 2 slaws and 1 fries. Coincidentally, last week we got almost the same order and paid 27 and change. I asked if this was the best deal on everything we ordered and were told 'yes' and not in a friendly manner. Ticket number is 1115. We are so disappointed. I hope that this gets read. I do feel that they saw older people and thought that we were either lame, stupid or vulnerable. We are retired professionals and none of the above
