I have eaten here many times from just one person to a large group. SERVICE IS ALWAYS SPOT ON...FOOD ALWAYS SPOT ON...My go to here in South Bend...they do get busy on the weekends...but they always will accommodate.

I ordered an item, but the cash register stopped working after a 15-minute wait, and the register still isn't working. I left the store after an hour, then called to make a new order, but the guy said I have to pay for two orders. How come I have to pay for the cold order and a new one when it's your fault that the register isn't working? What kind of customer service is this? Simply good Mexican Food! Tucked into a retail strip, the seating area is large and clean. The service is quick and friendly. As soon as I sat in one of the comfy booths, the server brought water with chips and really good salsa. My enchiladas can out quickly and I enjoyed every bite. Good prices too. I'll def be back the next time I'm in town.

I didn’t eat in this time, but I arrived at 10:02 and they had already locked up. ?The woman at the counter luckily saw me saying in the rain at the door. She not only unlocked the door (for what would have likely appeared to be a strange desperate man standing in the cold dark rain.), but laughed about the situation with and was just about as nice person as you could meet.muchas gracias ?
Nice place. Food is excellent. Refried beans were truly the best I've ever had. Saw some drinks come out for another table that were very fancy looking. I'd eat here again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We went here, food was mediocre and nachos tasted kind of old. The worst part is that I GOT FOOD POISONING SO BAD IT LASTED 4 DAYS LONG UNTIL I FELT ANY BETTER. I don't know what the hell they put in my tacos and torta. I will never be back. Plus they forcibly add gratuity. It was only the two of us there.

I come here 1-2 times a week for lunch on my break, and I've been eating here occasionally for years. Hands down BEST tacos in the area, the people working here are so polite and kind, and being able to call in for take out is super convenient. The food is also CONSISTENTLY delicious, some taco places are hit or miss, but I am here so often I can say it never misses. I also never leave reviews unless I absolutely mean it, and Los Aces is AMAZING. Complete 10/10 and I recommend them to everyone!!

My brother in the army came from out of town and we ordered a pickup of two taco dinners. We were overcharged on the dinners and when we checked the receipt the guy even added a 8$ tip for himself. The whole thing came out to about 40$ for some halfass tacos. Had to argue with the guy to get my money back because i was over charged and forced to tip. We didn't even eat there we drove to pickup the food.
