First let me say I love Wendy's. But if this was my first experience I would probably not go back. When we walked in at first glance the place looked clean, then we ordered and got our drink cups to find out that there was no ice, great hate warm soda. Then when we received our food, the fries were cold, and also our burgers were as well. We did get them right away, so why were they cold? We wished our drinks could have been as cold as our burger and fries
This has been the first time back at this Wendy's in several years. My daughter was going to Clay High School and I had to pick her so, I stopped here to grab something to eat and the food was excellent, the staff was great and the place was clean. Major change from all those years ago. Thank you for everything you did to change. I now will return more since I had a great meal.
