peaceful, quiet and calm coffee shop. Very roomy. Several larger tables and chairs to fit 4, 6 and 8 friends, family. Coffee was delicious. Chai Latte was scrumptious. Parking in back of building. owner is very nice and makes the Coffee drinks. Small area in back with items for sale. Vintage items. And unique pottery items too. Check out this coffee shop. Support this small business and neighborhood small businesses too. Yummy adventure.

Great tasting coffee just bring your own cup bcuz the to go cups ruin it and with the Covid they don’t serve In a ceramic coffee mug. Bummer

Excellent food and atmosphere. Knocked off a couple of stars because I didn't like the taste of their espresso - had more of a bitter, bland dirt taste and aroma than that of a full bodied coffee bean. I went there for a tasty latte and was disappointed. Food and everything else was superb. Great sandwich and lots of gimmicky relics for viewing pleasure.

The best coffee in town: gentle, light, airy, sunny brews.A spacious and jazzy ambiance. Vintage furniture is a nice homey touch. Not quite an industrial aesthetic (more like MCM//art deco//industrial), though it is rather functional and spare.Employees are personable, real people who are not customer service zombies.Dietary restrictions: Several different types of gluten-free baked goods available! The blondies are a magnificent texture, and there were also muffins and oatmeal creme pies when I visited.

This place is either an experimental living art exhibit or a pretentious coffee shop. If the former, the live models ought to show more emotion (it's derivative after a while when the scenes continue to play out with little nuance); if it's the latter, the coffee is awful and you better enjoy it as is bc asking for half and half will see you responsible for the ocular muscle the barista pulled.

coffee = bomb store shop: cool! furniture - restoration hardware hotel? trivago environment was pretentious af though not allowed to mix flavors if you want to be creative with your order, don't even come to the store because the single barista will treat you differently this IS a library and you WILL be silent

This little spot located downtown has a delightful atmosphere and cozy sitting spaces.I personally am not a great judge of coffee but the Dirty Chai Latte I got was absolutely delicious. Everything is reasonably priced and the staff is very attentive and polite. To top it all off there is an awesome mural on the outside of the building. I will definitely be coming back.

Shares the joint title of being the best coffee shop in South Bend (with Sway Coffee which is two mins down the street)! It makes you feel like you are in a 1970s aristocrat's living room, or your own home. There are artifacts and art pieces for sale throughout the shop as well, which makes it feel like my grandparents' house of which i have really fond memories... The people who work there are really friendly, especially he interior designer and Sarah!

Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Atmosphere was dirty, I see the idea but every surface was dusty and the furniture all seemed unclean.Coffee was decent at best, I got a iced vanilla latte and it was nothing special. Wish the atmosphere/staff was better as I live only a block away and would love to have a place to work/study so close to home.

I can no longer recommend this place at all. You would think because it's a small business they would care about their employees but both me and my partner got fired at the same time with absolutely no communication or warning. We relied on this job and cared about working here--the owner we worked and bonded with has not looked us in the eyes and we got fired over text! We have been treated with no sympathy or respect. We used to defend this place but no longer can because of how terribly we are being treated.

The barista Ken was fabulously outgoing, friendly and educational about my espresso! Prices are barely above average but it makes perfect sense once you taste the product and see the environment provided at this local business! Honestly my new favorite cup in South Bend, plus they have art for sale inside!!!! Very pleasant first experience and I'll be back tomorrow ?

Eclectic & spacey, my cortado was great, very thick foam for a non-dairy option, and service was good, though not busy when I stopped in. I’m sure this is the best coffee shop in town. Rec-ommend ??

We tried the Miel latte (with oat milk) and it was so good! They have a good selection of classic drinks and fun Specialty Latte flavors. The orange arm chairs are “the most comfortable throne I have ever sat on” and the bathroom is wonderful. The decor theme reminds us of Stranger Things or grandmas house. Very cozy and the staff was friendly!

Honestly, i've had a LOT of coffee from a LOT of coffee shops. This one is pretty meh. Cutsie vibes, but the baristas are snooty and the coffee is overpriced. Once was a Zen cafe and i overheard another patron asking about an old drink Zen used to carry and if they had it here. Barista curtly replied "yeah. it's *insert drink name here*." Asking the baristas any questions always feels like your inconveniencing them. So i don't ask questions. I've never been in when they've had a line or been busy at all but they always act like they're too busy to help or that youre a bother. Disappointing.

Best coffee in South Bend! I’ve had their ice vanilla latte and their cappuccino and both were wonderful. The inside is a nice place to hang out or focus on work. Also, they have a cool mural outside!
