Out of Steak, Barbacoa, Chicken, Salsa and many other ingredients! Late again with mobile orders because they were out of almost everything and wanted to see if I wanted what they had left. Last time I was in my mobile order was over a hour late! The downtown location took my mobile order and was closed for some reason! I suggest avoiding Chipotles in Indiana! Of course they can't put what ingredients they are lit of in the app or stop taking orders. ?

Met our kids for early dinner today. The place was actually filthy. The floor was dirty, the chairs had food and drink on them. We found the table that looked the cleanest and ordered our food. Everything was dirty, the soda station, the one garbage can was over filled. I would've left but I stayed to visit with my granddaughter. I had some rice and black beans. It seemed the safest option. The ground beef was dried out. The chicken looked dry. I've never been to a chipotle that was so dirty. Unfortunate. Won't eat there again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I asked for a bowl and double brown rice and didn’t even get a single serving of brown rice and I asked again for double then they did nothing about it. I then asked for queso and they put it on my bowl then after they already put it on my bowl they stuck the thermometer in it and said it wasn’t done and still served it to me. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!

This chipotle gets very busy during rush but the food is good as always and they have loaded up my burrito bowl more than others a few
I got the wrong order! And it took about 15 mintues longer and when I asked an employee gave me a dirty look.So diss appointed and spent money on my own just for it to be
So I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I come a lot because I work close by. Pretty much what I’ve noticed is if the male manager with the hat and earrings is working, I always get my food on time and the quality is great. He is the only reason I’m even giving 2 stars. If he isn’t working, then you’ll have to wait at least an extra 10-15 minutes (probably more) for your order if you’re picking up, the food quality will be very poor, and the order will have something wrong a decent amount of the time. I do not think it’s a coincidence, I feel like the male manager is the only one running the store even close to the way it should be. Usually I feel like management wouldn’t make that much of a difference in a restaurant, but I literally wish I knew his schedule because I only want to order from here if he’s working, otherwise I’m pretty much wasting my time and money. I even have them one more chance before sending this review and had to wait for my food for 15 minutes… again…
