Lots of good reviews but I was not impressed. 20 minute wait to get in. I asked what was better; the meatloaf Manhattan (open face sandwich) or the roast pork Manhattan. Told the meatloaf is more popular. The gravy and mash potatoes were not the best but were passable. The meatloaf was bad. Onion soup was the best part of the meal. Good size drinks and very friendly waiter. Waited another 10 minutes to pay while the cashier was on the phone. Disappointing especially after seeing the reviews.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Food was delicious. Friendly staff. The restaurant had a small town feel, and had excellent food. Service was fast too, even though the place was packed at 2pm. There's something on the menu for everyone. There was a few vegetarian options too.

My first time eating here and it left a lot to be desired. The service is great and the staff is friendly. I ordered the meatloaf because it’s my favorite go to comfort food. It was horrible. I thought I was eating dog food to be honest. I’m not even sure if it was ground beef and they tried to hide it with some sort of gravy. I will give them another try, maybe something for breakfast, but never the meatloaf again.

Hands down the best place local place to get breakfast/lunch in this town, or anywhere close actually. The food is great, affordable, and homemade. The service and staff are second to none. The owner and his family are on first name basis with the majority of his customers for a reason!! Love me some cack!!

Wow! Great food at great prices. Very impressed with the quick service. I had a bacon grilled cheese with fries and their beef pasta soup. I would definitely recommend Cackleberries!

Great food at a reasonable price. Waitress Shawnee did a fantastic job taking care of my group’s orders and kept the coffee coming. Great personality and attention to detail of orders.

I eat here pretty regularly and I LOVE it. My go to breakfast/brunch/lunch place. I usually get a skillet, and they're a ton of food plus pancakes or toast for $11 or so. Usually I take some home and get 2 meals out of it. I've tried a bunch of other stuff here too, it's all amazing!! The staff are super friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the prices are great for what you get. I cannot recommend this place enough.

1st timer. I was very hungry so the food was awesome. Pretty sure it would have still been awesome if I wasn't a bit hungry. Awesome job Cackleberries!

So glad we visited this restaurant. No wait for seating and friendly staff. Breakfast was affordable and portion size was bigger than you'd expect. The coffee was the best coffee around. The biscuits and gravy were good and also the Popeye omelet and pancakes. Service was quick and efficient. If you don't go you're only cheating yourself!!

We went here on a Sunday for lunch on our way out of Indiana. It was busy, but they got us in quickly. All 6 of the members in my family really enjoyed it and thought the food was great. 5 of us had breakfast food, and loved it. My daughter had a croissant sandwich and really liked it as well.

Very unhappy with the staff and management. Waited 25 minutes for our name to be called. The hostess argued with us and was rude. We won’t be back! P.S I’ve had better diner food!

Should have taken a picture and my apologies for not having one.Food: Your American Breakfast Diner. Has all the inns and outs. I had the Mexican skillet with tomato and mushrooms. Which has sausage and green pepper, and hashbrowns and your choice of pancakes or toast. I took the pancakes, options. Although the pancakes wee kind of flat. They had an average taste if buttery goodness we love so much. The skillet was good and the waitress offered a sausage gravy to compliment the meal!!The funny part of the waitress forgetting my eggs was over looked because it was rather busy ish. So, although we had a good laugh they made sure I was taken care if. I do wish I could give them a full 4.5 stars. As they did forget my eggs and the food had minimal flavor. Yet enough to compliment my pallet. So it's great for that skillet or omelet. So check in and enjoy everyone!
