I dont mind waiting to order. I dont mind if you come out and tell me it'll be a few minutes because you are finishing up a task or other order. I walked in to order and waited for quite some time. Nobody was in the lobby or drive thru. I could hear the employees very well the whole time I was there. Finally I got tired of waiting and decided I really didnt need to waste any more time being there. Just make this location drive thru only.

Food is always cold and stale, service is not the greatest. For the Price of Food its not worth the disappointment of Having your Food Feeling and tasting like a week old potatoes chips. Go somewhere else, in My Personal Opinion.

Horrible customer service. Ordered early on thanksgiving. Arrived to the store 30 mins after they were supposed to open and the worker over slept and didn’t open. I was unable to get my order. The owner lied to corporate telling them he tried to get ahold of me and did not until I continued to complain. Owner told me to come in the next day to get my order and the workers knew nothing about it. Still haven’t received a refund. I have tried contacting corporate multiple times and I get no response from anyone.

This was probably the worst Dunkin I have ever been in. Service was horrid, like the Sales Person had better things to do than to wait on us...Slamming our donuts into the box as if were a HUGE chore..Attitude Check Please! at 10 am donuts were almost gone. None in the works and starting to stale out. For the money we paid there, Better Service and better or some selection was needed...Save your money, and go somewhere else close to the mall.

I very nicely asked to have my hash browns warmed up because they were ice cold and I could hear the employees talking about me behind the counter.

I drive by this Dunkin’ almost every morning to work and at least once a week they get my order wrong. I don’t eat bacon and yet it’s there on my food or the smell lingers and I know they just picked it off. I can usually let it go especially if they’re polite and helpful but this is a pattern now.

They removed the donuts from their name for good reason because it's clearly not their specialty. Donuts not even in cases for freshness, will be stale.
