We drove from out of town because I've had 3 people tell me this place will do you right! so we took in hundreds of Pokémon cards some that were still in the big unopened elite trainer boxes and they offered us $15! This place is a HUGE JOKE!!!I talked to the people that recommended this place and they were shocked because that even knew that this huge collection was worth at least $300!They said they wouldn't go back either so I really hope your rudeness and ridiculous offer was worth it to you because today you lost a new customer and some old ones!

I know the selling value of them was 200 dollars and we had someone organize them to make it easier on them beforehand we got back after giving them time to look at them guy was mad we left and came back. so I guess I should of just stood there and watched them but I trusted them. guy offered me only 15 bucks cash. what a spit in my face. 15 bucks is a crooks offer
they did however make a nice colorful fire. was expecting some whirling flames. but ohh well I guess

The food here is amazing; we love the pizza and the gyros and the cookies. We order from here probably once every week and a half.Today was the first day they got our pizza wrong so we called and let the lady on the phone know, and tried to be very respectful because we know what it's like to deal with Karen customers. She said, "well, I made your pizza and it was definitely right sooooo." The manager then got on the phone and also implied we were being less than truthful but did offer to replace it with the caveat of "I am going to need a WHOLE pizza back."An hour after hearing from him we get a new room temperature pizza, at least made correctly this time.Just an overall disappointing experience at a place we really love.

Sat for 45 minutes waiting on the food. To get home and realize they messed up my food. When my mother called to let them know the guy claims to have not remembered that my mother asked for “no bacon” which she does every time because my sister can not eat pork and hasn’t for the last 10 years. He claims that not only will I have to come all the way back out with the little gas I had because “they don’t have a delivery driver put aside for us” for the pizza that they messed up, but I’d also have to bring the pizza they messed up back as well because it’s “their policy” and wait another 30 mins. Though I’ve had food messed up here before and they’ve never claimed to have that policy. All because this guy can’t remember my mother asking for no bacon. As I re-explain all this to the employee when I get there I find out that the manager was standing watching the whole time in silence and did nothing about the situation just letting her employee take the fall for the situation which is poor management in my opinion. The guy did his best and I typically like their food, but I am completely dissatisfied with the service I have received tonight and especially management for the way they let the situation play out. I’d hire better managers speaking from personal management experience in the food industry, and I hope she enjoyed the cigarette break she took shortly after all this ensued.

The pizza was better than I expected. The marinara and cheese for the bread sticks were pretty gross. But not a big deal. What was a big deal was they charged someone $1 for a cup of water. Such an incredibly cheap thing to charge for when I have no doubt it was just tap water. They even let the person pay using their debit card so they no doubt paid a percentage to visa.

This is one of my husband's favorite places. The food is great and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is well-suited to college-age gamers. I've always gotten food to go, incidentally, but there appears to be plenty of seating.

My husband took me there because we had heard good things about the baked spaghetti. Well, in my opinion, a can of Chef Boyardee spaghetti slopped in a baking dish and covered with cheese, and baked would have tasted better than what I received. It was absolutely tasteless, and the garlic bread was like a cheap piece of garlic toast, thin toast at that. My husband ordered a gyro, and he said it was just ok. He said the meat was just like the meat you get in the frozen gyro kits at Walmart. We haven't tried the pizza or anything else, and we're not sure we will. To be fair, though, they've been around for years, so there must be something good there, but apparently, it's something other than what we ordered.Vegetarian options: SaladsWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in place

So ordered food today, they forgot to bring a couple items I PAID FOR. I called right back they said no problem they send it back in 45min after an hour i called back to find out no was ever sent. So now she says "you want a refund?" I told her I paid cash cash and would just like my money back. I'm told to hold on , so I do for five minutes. Just for her to get back on and say the driver had a video of her taking my items out the store so no refund . WHT? So I tell her a I have a ring camera that's shows drive didn't deliver my items. She hangs up and this is the Manager and General Manager . TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. Basically said I was trying to steal and my order was 32 dollars, I gave driver 8 for tip . Why would I steal 5 of food. Could have kept my tip for food if I needed 5 dollars. TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. We eat there two to three times a month , this should never happen. Wouldn't recommend this establishment to no one. Especially people of color. (DECEMBER 2023)
