Really wish I had gone with another shop. I was new to the area so I called the local ford dealer after someone backed into me since I drive a ford and they told me this was the shop they use. This place told me they handle setting up the car rentals for customers. That turned out to be a big mistake. I trusted them to take care of it. Amanda Gregory told me in emails that even though they were keeping the vehicle longer than they originally said, it would all still be covered by the insurance company. She blamed the insurance company for the delay. Apparently they didn't get proper authorization from the insurance company and it wasn't covered. When I found out about this, I reached out to MC2 trying to inquire why my rental wasn't covered because they told me it was handled and they had all correspondence with the insurance company and the rental company. I got the most unprofessional and confrontational email back from them about how they went above and beyond for me. She claims the insurance company didn't know I was processing the claim through them. That doesn't make any sense she got set up the rental and the body shop got their money from the insurance company. That kind of defensive response made me think they screwed up and knew it and were trying to hide it. If you screw up, at least own up to it and try to make it right. I forwarded the emails to the owner of the company and he didn't even bother to reach out to me. The body work they did on my car is supposed to be covered under a warranty. But after this type of unprofessionalism, I can't trust that they will stand by there work and I would never recommend them.

i had a minor collision, i rear ended a suburu outback at 2mph at a stop light, so i was looking for a "body shop". i had driven to the penitentiary when i passed this sham of a shop BUT the building looked quite presentable so i thought to myself they must be doin good. I went in for an estimate when i was greated by an overzealous shop manager, unbeknownst to me this was a red flag. The guy came out and looked at the damage then gave me a price of $1400. i took the car down there and they had it every bit of a month so i called and they told me they were waitin on some parts. the only parts needed were a new hood, new hood hinges, and a front bumper cover. When i went to retrieve my "repaired" vehicle i looked at it and they had misaligned the quarter panels (they were perfect to begin with) ,which i was told was because of a small dent caused by a plastic trash bin, the hood was sittin back about a half inch which means they didnt repair the hood hinges AND they had replaced plastic intake components which would have NEVER needed to be replaced. I then asked for a repair list and a brief look of grimace appeared on his face. When i was given this 5 PAGE LIST of new parts i noticed the FINAL PRICE OF OVER $5000.I then left and later talked to my father which is a retired mechanical engineer and he had a fit so he wanted to go back and complain so we did and when we got there he said he wanted them to fix it right and that cock s***** manager guy then said he had discussed it with me and that he had no business talkin about it and turned and walked back to his office WHISTLING so then i knew he was a DDDUUUMMMBBBASSSSSS so i stated it and a few more choice words so he comes back and gets confrontive telling us to get out since "we threatened him" and IN NO WAY DID WE THREATEN HIM. I just called him a dumbass and so does a dumbass like a dumbass does he quickly thought of an ignorant excuse to make us quit telling him what he is by making us leave. PLEASE HELP ME TO HAVE THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN. I could of replaced everything but paint in a day for prolly $1300

I can’t give them no stars it’s not an option, don’t take your vehicle here it’s only In Your best interest. They don’t know how to do their jobs correctly and are rude down to the core. Had an incident with the payment. Was 500 she rang me up and everything but only charged me 50 and threatened to take me to court and to press charges on me for HER MISTAKE!! And tbh the quality of the work done on my vehicle was terrible. So if just advise you not to take your vehicle to this place

Highly recommend. Took care of contact with insurance company so I didn't have to deal with them. Great service and car looks good as new and was all clean when we picked up even though only front bumper was replaced.
