I had the taco salad alcapolco and my husband had the burrito coyote and the food was so bland and the salsa was so spicy that neither one of us could eat it. The waiter with shoulder length hair was rude and didn't even let us order completely before just walking away. Manager didn't seem to care! Worst place ever, going to El Camino on 3rd str.

Had lunch today at real hacienda on highway 46 in Terre Haute while eating my meal I happen to look up and seen the air vents overhead was so covered with dust and dirt and cobwebs I decided to put my food in a box and take it home rather than having all the dirt blow down on my food I literally took a picture of it however this review does not allow me to post a picture wish I could probably won't be back I know I won't sit there and eat with the dirt overhead

🚨🚨They have a big bug problem flies and fruit flies mostly and they improperly handle their food. And they have been shut down by the health department on multiple occasions.🚨🚨

Rude servers twice in a row. More interested in their phones or each other than serving. When questioned about a meal they suggested we go to a different restaurant to find what we wanted. Lesson learned. We will go elsewhere.

One time I went in for a beer at the bar, and i saw a cockroach 🪳 on the counter top! I made the bartender aware of this cockroach 🪳 , and he had the bravery of smashing it with his bare hand and then sweeping it away from the counter!!!! I hope he told the manager of the cockroach 🪳 issue in this place. Never again will I land again to this mexican spot, que porquería de lugar, y que vergüenza para uno de mexicano!🤮. Aparte el lenguaje obsceno que los trabajadores utilizan!

Good, typical Mexican restaurant food and menu. Service was fine. The atmosphere was a little run-down. We were seated very close to the restrooms, the entrance to the kitchen, and the servers' prep area, which wasn't great. All in all, a decent place for lunch.
First time going - a little friend visited our booth, but the food was still good and cheap. I won't knock it if you live close by and love it. Host was great, very attentive.

I placed on online order tonight for eight orders of the a la carte tacos. There are three tacos per order. I was trying to feed the crew I work with. The food total was $55 and change. After paying the delivery fee, “service” fee, and tipping the driver, I paid somewhere around $83. When the food arrived there were eight tacos total, so I called the store and was told it was “too late” for them to correct the issue. It was 9:52 and they close at 10:00. It should be noted that I ordered at around 9:20. I was told I could pick my tacos up tomorrow, which is obviously a non-solution. Since they wouldn’t do anything to get me the food I had already paid for, I asked for a refund, but the guy I spoke to didn’t know how to do that. I asked for a manager, but apparently no managers at any Real Hacienda work on weekends or bother to train the staff that is there on weekends. The only reason I will ever go near this location again will be to get my money back tomorrow, or try to, anyway- might have to wait to talk to a competent person Monday.
