I don't come here often but when I do, I have nothing but bad experiences with the staff. Today I walked in wanting chocolate ice cream, but saw that they didn't have it. There was a girl doing something at the counter and when she turned around I was in the middle of asking her politely if they had any more, and she slammed it into the freezer and gave me the nastiest look, and then completely ignored my question. When we ordered what we wanted, we got eye rolls as if we did something wrong. We were nothing but nice, but will no longer be coming back! Great ice cream but terrible customer service.

This place was just okay! The customer service was great but in my opinion the ice cream was extremely overpriced. I think I paid close to ten dollars for a single scoop of ice cream in a waffle bowl. It was a clean place and overall friendly!

Where was my song?! I gave a tip expecting to be serenaded like I was in pitch perfect. Highly disappointed. So sad. Maybe next time. ????

Definitely my favorite Cold Stone store. The ice cream and waffle cones are always fresh. The ice cream is absolutely delicious. The service is always good.

It was pretty busy for Mother's Day but the girls worked together and got us out fairly fast!!! Plus it was delicious ?

They gave us 3 of the wrong apples 28 dollars. Noticed soon as we walked out and went back in immediately. Owner Russ said yes those are wrong apples. Sorry. Give me ur debit card and ill refund it ...ok no problem. He proceeded to write down all my card numbers and security codes and wouldn't give me a receipt or anything. I left and was like no this doesn't feel right. I walked back in told him I didn't feel comfortable..I wanted the paper back...I got the "mam" proper business nice nasty attitude and told that I could come back in 30 minutes when the manager got there to do the refund or I could just eat it . Im like sor you ARE THE OWNER just give me the cash back or do the refund ...he told me sorry n walked off. WOW

Fantastic ice cream the reason for the for star is because the employees working in the back weren’t helping the poor guy up front and he was slammed . The two ladies in the back were farting around in the back

Love the ice cream! But their hours have been all over the place the last couple years. I was there this past Monday thinking they would be open until 9 and there’s a sign on the door saying due to being short staffed they’re closing at 8. It was 5:55 PM and their doors were locked. I drive 30 minutes to get ice cream and I’ve had a handful of times where they close before they are supposed to or change their hours. This does not make my kids happy, which makes me unhappy. Thankfully Chick-fil-A is right next door now, so they are going to for milkshakes.
