We had 14 orders for work. Several mistakes and then missed 2 complete orders. This is not the first time this has happened. How can the receipt be right and each order checked off and be this wrong?

Orders were not made correctly. They were even repeated to us in line but did not show on receipt, like the guy didn't even type them in. Zero accuracy for $46 bucks. Waited 5 minutes for bacon that was supposed to be on the sandwiches. It was completely cold when handed to me. Then they gave me a $3 off coupon. Kind of insulting and dumb.

The food was cold and stale! The macaroni and cheese was cold, chili was luke warm at best and didn’t taste good(watery—-Wendy’s does a better chili), the spud potato was luke warm and the vegetables were not cooked. The NY pastrami sandwich was cold, bread was stale and the meat was dried out from sitting out too long. Will not be coming back. The store was slow so there was no reason for the food to be given to customers this way. The women’s restroom was closed due to plumbing issues.
The staff is very helpful and patient. The food is always fresh and delicious.

Sandwiches good. Had southwest chicken with avocado. Prices high for portions given. Teens to 20 year olds at counter rude, hygiene deficient, then ask for a tip. Again ....what happened to work ethic? Very disappointing. Used to have standards when the place first opened.
