Look, I was the a-hole that decided to order a pizza at 11PM on a Wednesday night. I asked for it extra crispy, she went above and beyond to ensure the pizza was as I liked it. I wouldn’t have done that if I were in her position. I would’ve thrown the pizza at me through the window and told me to come back during normal business hours. Professionalism and doing the darn thing, folks. That’s why I’m spending my time leaving all 5’s for a Pizza Hut.

They dont honor advertised prices. I first tried to order on line showing a "local" special of 11.99 for a box meal. It kept charging me 18.99 then all the fees coming out to 27$.So I called and after the automated system which is ridiculous, the saff member I spoke to had attitude and wouldn't honor the deal pizza hut advertised. He didn't even know what local specials they had. We just started going to pizza hut and are now done.After all the recent negative...

Everything think we ate was good except for bread sticks didn't care for them. Waitress was very nice and attentive. The wife had the Hawaiian pizza and she said it was good.
