Why do you post hours and then close early? Does no one want to make money anymore? 2 am means 2 not 150

BahaBlast Zero Sugar, and chicken quesadillas are pretty much just about a WEEKLY lunch for me! West Lafayette Taco Bell(in front of Payless on Sagamore Pkwy W)'s food&drink are TOTALLY TOP-NOTCH ON MY TASTEBUDS' BOOK!!!

I prefer service with a human, rather than a kiosk.

The people were kind to me and called my name correctly. They also had a nicely painted wall. I love walls!

Do not eat here. Let a better restaurant take its place, or boycott until there is a change of management.Second time trying to just go through the drive thru here, same experience both times (9 months apart). With one car in front of me, the man got out of his car and warned me he was told there was a 15 minute wait before they could take his order. After 15 minutes he gave up and pulled away, I pulled up and was told it would be another 15 minutes by the drive thru personnel.I pulled around to go inside (just as I did 9 months prior) and saw others walking out of the door with bags of food, as well as 4 individuals sitting down inside eating. I went inside, ordered at the kiosk, and waited another 15 minutes for my food. There was one other person who ordered in front of me inside, no orders being taken in the drive thru, and 6 employees working, and it took 45 minutes total to receive my food. During my time inside, the only other lady that ordered in front of me had to confront the employees twice because there was no cups or lids for drinks, which they were extremely reluctant to help her with. When I finally got my food, the employee threw it on the counter without even saying my name. When I checked if it was mine (which it was) it was a mess. Two of the burritos were completely unwrapped with cheese and lettuce oozing inside the bag. The chips were loose inside the bag with a chip bag in there too, like they literally went out of their way to make it messy and nasty. No recognition of the wait, no help, no effort. This is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to by a long shot, and the fact that I had the same experience 9 months apart speaks volume. Don’t eat here.

This is one of the new style Taco Bells which have kiosk ordering only. The employees were still nice though. Fast and accurate order! I ordered in the app for the deals but ate in the restaurant, the interior was a little grim in decor, but very clean.
Vegetarian options: The best fast food restaurant for vegetarians, provided you find a good Bell where the chefs pay attention to swaps for beans when prepping
Kid-friendliness: This location had a high chair, very appreciated! There are many ala carte options good for kids - the cheesy roll up is a favorite, also the bean and rice burrito if you remove the spicy sauce.

They do not follow company policy. They will overcharge you to make a vegetarian swap. If you use the kiosk or order online you will not be all over charged only when an employee helps you.. Rip off.
The one time I go to their new location in about a year I got food poisoning from the taco beef that chewed funny.

Are usually have a negative impression of my experiences with Taco Bell. This particular establishment is a vast improvement over the other locations in and around the greater Lafayette area. I was able to get in and out very quickly and everything I ordered and paid for was in the bag. That does seem like the bare minimum, but most Taco Bell's cannot accomplish this. Their staff was helpful and friendly. Their food was hot and fresh and inexpensive. There's not much more I could ask for here.
The new Taco Bell opened up recently. They’ve clearly been training new people and gaining more staff. They get slammed a lot and have done a decent job keeping up. I haven’t had to wait more than 5 minutes for them. As for the girl below saying they refused her service because she had an attitude, it’s because she did. She maybe waited 5 minutes at the mobile order line (it’s new so the staff probably isn’t as use to it yet). She got out of the car to go over to the other menu line and screamed at the lady on the headset and called her verbatim a “******* b***** after the lady had apologized for not switching over, so I can see why they denied her service. I would have, too. Her and the guy driving her were aggressive from the start considering they tailgated us into a Taco Bell, but it must have been urgent to get some tacos… We however had no problem when we pulled up to the other line. We got our order in and got our food within 5 mins. Thanks Taco Bell!
We got there at 12:30 and the worker said that their system was down and it would be a 15min wait. We told her we would wait and she said that was fine. We waited until 12:45 and she said the system was still not up and that it wouldn’t be for the rest of the night.
Fast and accurate service. Drive through open to all customers not just doordash.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Garbage service took the lady at the drive through 40 seconds to enter 2 chicken quesadillas and they couldn't even make those right. Never spend your money here. Also they took down the phone line so you can't call and complain. Restaurant hasn't been up for more than 2 months.
