Wow!!! I was on my way to a burger stand and the spirit said try something different!! I did. I walked in like, let's see what this so called "vegan" food is all about. Started with the beet lemonade, then the soul food platter and finished with avocado peach parfait. Absolutely amazing! The flavors are as vivid as the colors of the food! I will undoubtedly be back and bringing people with me. VEGAN SOUL FOOD and they've been here 9 years wow!! A definite win for Inglewood and super close to LAX!!!! GREAT STAFF, GREAT FOOD, EASY PARKING LOCATION!! Thanks Chef!!
Man... if i lived with this chef i would turn vegan. Everything and i mean EVERYTHING was effing excellent, fresh... the ambience was low key and unassuming but powerful. In a world where it's cool to be black but nobody wants to actually be black, where black bodies are being murdered unjustly, this place is revolutionary. It really starts with how we treat our bodies and putting "stuff i eat" in our bodies is truly loving yourself. as i write this im planning on going back next pay check :) COME OUT & SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL spots... especially ones like this.
Great Great food and service! Definitely recommend! Had the Delicious Enchilada pie and parfait dessert!!! Will definitely be returning on next visit to Los Angeles! Cary was a great help...thanks!
I'm not huge on vegan food but, the lunch burrito I had at this place was awesome. It was more than enough to fill you up. The people and the service are great.
Amazing open space, accommodating staff, great energy. Art. And ridiculously good food. The taste is incredible. Instant favorite, I'm so happy to have found them.

I had the wings combo with grits and an mimosas. The mimosa and wings were fabulous. Too much butter being served for my liking. Service was quick, polite, and professional. Cons: limited seating.
I walk in and might I saw did I look out of place, but hey that didn't stop the wonderful staff from offering me smiles and cool drinks! I got some fried chicken (throw some of that hot sauce on top), mac n cheese (yum), waffles (that cinnamon doe), and an iced tea to wash it down. Chicken took a while to make (better than catching salmonella) but aside from that it was a superb experience!
My ULTIMATE favorite breakfast spot in LA. Homemade everything! Hands down the best Salmon Croquettes you will have from any restaurant. Plus eye candy. Lol
Come with many people in your party!!!If you only have a party of 2 be prepared to wait and wait and WAIT. Money money money is the only motivation for a choice like that. My party of 2 was passed over once and a party of 5 was sat before me. So I watched a party that came after me sit down. I can understand that but a simple acknowledgment and conversation would have been professional in my opinion. Then after I was seated I was asked to move again. By this time irritation has set in. I'm asking myself questions like how many people or how much potential money does this restaurant need from me before I'm able to sit down and F****ng EAT? Was I financially profiled? Did my 2 plates not seem to move them to deliver me customer service??
Really good food and service. The greens were on point and the fried chicken. Didn't care for the cornbread though.

Had a great time here. Good food, reasonable drinks, and friendly people.
Love the community feeling. Definitely a place a local can relax and unwind after work.
Outstanding as usual. Menu changes with the time of year. The selections are always phenomenal. Bring your best bottle of wine and enjoy. Save room for the desert and the homemade ice cream.
We were looking for a place to grab a drink and a bite before a concert at the Forum. We are so glad we found this place! It was very busy but as we walked in, 3 different members of the staff introduced themselves to us and made us feel right at home. We'll be visiting again!

In the ten (10) years that I have been a very happy customer of Dulan's Soul Food, all I can say is they have the "BEST" soul food in Los Angeles. The food is consistently high quality, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The portions are so generous that you will always have food left over. My favorite selection is smothered chicken, macaroni and cheese, yams and collard greens. Don't leave without the delicious peach cobbler!! There is plenty of convenient parking. The staff is always nice and polite. This is the spot for soul food.
Good Food. Slow Service. Everything had Good Flavor. Very Nice People Working There. The Peach Cobbler was WAY too Sweet!
Was in need of a good meal. Had the short ribs with rice and gravy, black eye peas and collard greens. Everything was delicious including the ice tea they give you with your meal, might have to make a trip once a month
Great food, generous servings at affordable prices. You. An call ahead & order so food is nearly ready when u get there! They may want to see that you're actually coming. Smothered short ribs, chicken, pork chops; ox tails, good fried chicken, turkey wings, fried or baked fish, meatloaf; etc. Good collard greens, love the okra corn & tomatoes, rice & gravy or stuffing {delicious), Mac & cheese, yams, cabbage, green beans, mashed potatoes, corn muffins & slices of cakes & pies $ peach cobbler are so so. - Ive had many dishes & have never felt the need to complain. Small space for dining in - 2-3 tables & more eight outside on Manchester, if u like eating on a busy street. The ladies & gentlemen behind the counter who fix your plates work hard & they must be FAST!
The customer service was great. The fried fish, cabbage, and string beans were delicious. The mac & cheese and rice & gravy wasn't that tasty but were from the east coast and all soul food not the same. We will return.
