Wow!!! I was on my way to a burger stand and the spirit said try something different!! I did. I walked in like, let's see what this so called "vegan" food is all about. Started with the beet lemonade, then the soul food platter and finished with avocado peach parfait. Absolutely amazing! The flavors are as vivid as the colors of the food! I will undoubtedly be back and bringing people with me. VEGAN SOUL FOOD and they've been here 9 years wow!! A definite win for Inglewood and super close to LAX!!!! GREAT STAFF, GREAT FOOD, EASY PARKING LOCATION!! Thanks Chef!!
Man... if i lived with this chef i would turn vegan. Everything and i mean EVERYTHING was effing excellent, fresh... the ambience was low key and unassuming but powerful. In a world where it's cool to be black but nobody wants to actually be black, where black bodies are being murdered unjustly, this place is revolutionary. It really starts with how we treat our bodies and putting "stuff i eat" in our bodies is truly loving yourself. as i write this im planning on going back next pay check :) COME OUT & SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL spots... especially ones like this.
Great Great food and service! Definitely recommend! Had the Delicious Enchilada pie and parfait dessert!!! Will definitely be returning on next visit to Los Angeles! Cary was a great help...thanks!
I'm not huge on vegan food but, the lunch burrito I had at this place was awesome. It was more than enough to fill you up. The people and the service are great.
Amazing open space, accommodating staff, great energy. Art. And ridiculously good food. The taste is incredible. Instant favorite, I'm so happy to have found them.

Absolutely the bomb. Delicious breakfast burritos and great coffee to boot. Nothing fancy here but if you're looking for amazing food, you've arrived!
Delicious and affordable. Tastes like home cooking only better. Staff is very friendly too. You want semi-fast Mexican food, this is the place.
A group of 6 of us had to come here after Dulan's screwed is and was closed when they said they would be open. The food is pretty good in quality and quantity. I took home some leftover carne asada fries, which are huge btw. I've been making them into home spun creations for several days. They're sorta like a Mexican poutine.
Man just went about 20 minutes ago AND MY GOD ITS SO GOOD😩 Deadass I'm going again I got the asada fries and they're bomb! My wife got the pastor tacos and she's so full but doesn't want to stop eating them 😂 And her sister feel Inlove with the horchata the pineapple spinach juice is bomb 😩 Going again soon 🙌🏻
Highly recommend their breakfast burritos with added refried beans. Other items are decent but rarely eat anything other than breakfast. Staff is always friendly but can be stingy with their salsas to go. They make their own salsa/sauce which are really good. They also have a variety of special drinks to try. Place is always clean. Finding parking can be a bit annoying if you come during rush hour over at Roscoe's.

Well, I actually ended up going to the one next door 1347on accident. Think it's crazy to have 2 so close together. Anyway the food was good. The service was excellent! Mexican music was up too loud, but other than that it was good. Will try the main restaurant next time. I'm told it's more modern and an "upgrade".
We have been coming here for a few years and always liked it. Today there was a definite change in customer service, and it was even better. All the employees were very friendly and the food as good as ever.
Man this place is so much fun. We can an hour before closing on 4th of July and it was like a freaken party in here. That staff is super fun , the food is great and SHOTS!
I'm always torn coming here. The food is good, but I've had some serious issues with wrong orders both in the restaurant and take out. Crazy me but I've have to bring back a take out order 4 times. I'm not exaggerating. I was thinking about those enchiladas and tamales all day. They had to be what I was craving all day. My concern today was being told that they don't have a liquor license. They sell margaritas! I asked if they sell them what was in them and was told that they use a wine based tequila. WHAT?! That was a first for me. They can sell beer and wine, but no liquor. When did this happen? I was here over the weekend and we bought 2 margaritas with a shot a piece. Although I was happy the waitress told me, I was disappointed it was the first I heard this and I come here often! I knew they were not selling top shelf tequila but... Come at your own risk. You could luck up and the food and service is great, or you could run into a set back and ruin your expectations. If you want tequila in your margo, go to the main restaurant. I like the taco cafe better to sit quickly, but hey if you fun into a problem. The time thing is a wash.
This place has good service, great tacos and they finally take debit. Never fails.... real street tacos are really cheap prices.

I've had ok experiences and I've been disappointed here. What can you say. I chalk it up to Post Traumatic Slavery Disorder. I love my people but we are emotionally scarred. If youre nice, they're nice. Don't expect 5 🌟 treatment. Food is darn good.
The customer service here is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I only know of one other place that has horrible customer service like this. Sadly, this nasty behavior only comes from one employee. If anybody walks in an is greeted by an older Black man, I'd advise you all to walk out. Don't be mistaken, their red velvet cake is amazing! I went in one day to get my weekly fix and I noticed that the slices in the front looked much fresher than the ones in the back. When I asked for two specific slices in the front the man told me "I have to be able to reach them. If I can't, you can't have them". I was shocked! Then he started rambling about how he couldn't put pressure on the rack. So this lazy ass employee acted as if he couldn't slide the tray out a little bit to get the slices I wanted. When I annoying asked him what he was talking about, he started mumbling some things I could not make out. I just angrily walked out. Terrrrrriiibbbblllee!! I wish I could take back every dime I have spent here.
Tacos are amazing and the service is great. Always a. Pleasant experience.
Great place to get cakes from!! Luv it !
Food was Amazing!!..turkey tacos were Screaming!!...Red Velvet cake is No Joke!
