If I could give negative stars I would. I made a reservation online. I tried calling the establishment a few times before arrival. No answer ?. When I arrived at 7 pm the day of my reservation, no one was there. I mean no one!! The open sign was flashing. There was a sign on the door with phone numbers. I called both and left a message. I texted both and NO ANSWER! I left for about 45 minutes and went back and called and texted the numbers again and this time the VM was Full and still no answer. These people are crooks. Now fighting with them to get a refund for services NEVER rendered. Do not stop here!

Was horrible! My daughter was showering and sewage came out of the shower head. When management was confronted they were very sorry and were going to accommodate us with a discount and a new room. But the owner refused and was absolutely rude. He sent his son in with a plunger to fix the shower and that was all he did. This all happened at 10 pm. So we then had to move rooms and were put into different rooms and those rooms weren’t not any better. Small town hotel does not mean a nasty disrespectful one! We will absolutely never go back, worst part is that we travel through there at least twice a year, for sometimes over two weeks at a time!

Worse motel we ever stayed in. Too cold even with two electric heaters. Not enough light. One small lamp by bed and bathroom light. Too cold In the bathroom to even take a shower. Terrible night got no sleep.

Hamburgers weren't very good. Packaged meat and cheese thrown on a griddle. It wasn't bad, but not good or special. My first visit to Ashland, this business needs help. They'd be out of business in a bigger city with more choices.

We finally made it over to eat lunch. The cheeseburgers and homemade french fried were DELICIOUS! I highly recommend stopping in. Also, excellent service. Nice and clean place.

Needs more dependable employees, but I have never had a problem when I stayed there. I may be a little partial but I love the manager, she is one of the sweetest ladies I've ever had the privilege of having in my life ❤️

Many upgrades since my last visit. New bed, new television, new bathroom sink and window. Clean! Plus the staff are friendly and fun
