Placed an order over the phone. Arrived at the time they said my order would be ready. They have no clue about my order. This is the second time this has happened.The establishment it unorganized and unreliable.

Every single time I crave ice cream and think to myself oh man it'd be great to run up to 8th Street burger and get some of their delicious ice cream they are closed I mean it happens time and time again I don't know whose idea it is to close this place so early but it's ludicrous! One employee could easily serve ice cream until 10:00. It gets to the point that you're disappointed so many times you just quit even trying.

Lost our order, twice. Waited over 30 minutes for our food. I know they were busy, but when my super laid back kiddo who never gets annoyed actually got annoyed, I knew it wasn't the best.

My friend and I visited your city and restaurant a few weeks ago. This was by far the best Patty Melt and Sweet Potato Fries I have ever had!!! Everything cooked perfectly, staff friendly and helpful. If I was closer I would visit often

My only complaint is the hours of operation, 9:00 I've just finished working for the day finished up dinner and boy I would love some ice cream! It's almost like you're just turning business away by not being open till 10:00 for at least ice cream!

Great selection of tasty burgers with a variety of toppings. The sweet potato fries with marshmallow fluff dip was delicious. Don't forget to get a shake, a sundae or a scoop(s) of ice cream for dessert. This place is a gem in Baldwin City!

Outstanding cheeseburger! Highly recommend heading to the lovely downtown of Baldwin City to pick up a burger from this restaurant. *Local Tip* the store is on the West side of the road, see about heading downtown from the North end to save yourself the U-Turn.

I have a brand new favorite burger place to visit. I've had 3 meals so far and each were exactly the flavor I was hoping for...the shakes are good too. The only thing I would hope for is the addition of malts.
