Thai Express & Boba Tea

We were very excited to try this new place as we had tried the food truck before and the food was good. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. We sat down and the server just told us, “the menu is on Facebook” and walked away, which was kind of rude. So we pulled our phones to check the menu. We ordered 2 pho’s and 1 chicken rice bowl and an appetizer. The pho was way too sweet and did not have anything else other than noodles and meat. The crab raggoons were still cold in the center and the outside was a little too brown. The rice bowl was delicious though. Our bill came out to over $100 with a 20% gratuity charge plus card fee, which is outrageous! It was nowhere posted or otherwise stated they charge that other than the check which stated that parties of 3 or more have an automatic charge. What?! Definitely not going back or recommending it to anyone.

No menu available! Make sure you have Facebook to find the menu. First off, I support tipping. Be aware!!!! They charge a 20% automatic gratuity on parties of (3 )or more... Which is crazy, the table seats 4 normally, so no extra service there .. I had 20$ on the table till I saw the bill with the 20% 15$ on a table of 3 .. So I pulled my tip back due to this not being posted.. They lost 5 bucks !!! Food is great owners are good people ..

So good!! I got the Pad Thai and Thai Tea it was absolutely delicious and one of my favorite places to go the staff is always so nice!

While planning a trip from Topeka to Colorado and back we made our plan back to try this food truck. Omg it was so worth it! I wish I had a bigger cooler to bring back one of everything! It didn’t take long and was so delicious. I ate on my xi mao noodles for 3 days savoring the flavor since it was such a long drive I don’t know when I’ll get to try again. The young man that came to our car to take our order was so nice as well. Wish I lived closer!

Unassuming but the food is so good, even the taro boba. They even approached my truck to get and deliver my order and that's really nice! I had taro boba which is better that those I get from an actual boba store and pad thai which is so good! Def recommend. I'll be back!

Ok, just No! This is a food truck not a restaurant. It looks pretty sketchy dirty on the outside. No actual menu unless you have Facebook, and the waiter/server when asked what they have “we sell fried rice”. Sir fried rice I can get from any Chinese restaurant, I wanted Thai, disappointed. I really miss Pad Thai in Overland Park Kansas -best Thai in Kansas- maybe the owner of this truck should call them and ask how it’s done.

I had a hard time finding the place. It's actually not in the building, but a white food truck in the parking lot. There was a line of cars, so we did have to wait just a little bit, but only a little bit. There's no prices on the dishes, but they said that must things are less than $15. I had the $15 Pad Kra Pao w/fried rice and an egg which was really nice, but not the best I've ever had. Coworker had Shrimp Pad Thai, but only got literally 4 medium sized shrimp in his Pad Thai. The appetizers were only okay. I do plan to return, but I will get just an entree and try something new.

Went for the first time SUPER GOOD! Portion size is amazing,Plus the food nice and hot, boba, large, tasty. And service was really kind! ?

These people are never open & when they are they close early. Have gone 3 times from garden & each time different day. It's a shame because we would have gladly spent our money at this food truck.

This place is a gem! And you don’t even gotta get out. You just post up in your car and they come right to you. Quick service and GREAT food for a very reasonable price.

Today I tried Thai Express & Boba Tea. I had not had it because I don't eat out a lot but, omgsh !! Their food is amazing! Spicy but delicious! If you haven't tried it , you should, I highly recommend. 10 out of 10 !

Great food, shrimp fried rice is my personal favorite. Wait time was pretty short and the boba was fantastic. Mango and Taro are my personal favorites.If you don’t handle spicy well start with mild. Better to start mild and move up, food was a little pricy but not outrageous. 4.5/5I definitely recommend it

Good fusion food. Yes, they're a food truck. Caught me off guard too. But, quick and friendly service, and good food, so worth trying at the very least.
