I have the best service with these folks! We we moved here in October, we tried Dominos TERRIBLE. I was afraid we would not be able to have pizza delivery. I went out on a limb as Papa John's hasn't been my favorite in the past. I was SO THRILLED with the great customer service, AWESOME delivery drivers and very tasty ALWAYS hot pizza. If you're looking for delivery in Emporia: PAPA JOHN'S!
This place has typical Papa Johns food. I love their crust and and their bread sticks are amazing. However, I really want to mention the service. I had a poor service experience with the manager and one of his employees. I left a complaint on their website, just detailing how I felt about the experience, trying to be constructive about what they could do better in the future. Good pizza, we always pick it up. Got the wrong pizza in the right box, this last time, when we took it back they rushed a replacement (still slightly doughy in the middle) and gave us a free pizza card for later.
