Used to go here almost every day. Recently I’ve noticed that drinks I’ve been getting forever don’t taste right. The last two times I’ve been in I’ve ordered hot coffee and there was no cup sleeve. This past time I ordered a cafe mocha and got no whipped cream at all when the drink comes with whipped cream. Just wondering when service and quality here went so far down.

I went to Starbucks today and ordered an Iced Carmel Frappuccino and proceeded to make my 35 minute drive home. About halfway through my drive I sucked something up through the straw of my Frappuccino. Initially I figured it was some type of fruit or something that got mixed in by accident. I rolled it on to my tongue and picked it out of my mouth because it tasted weird (sour/bitter). It was a fly! I almost barfed driving down the road and was not about to drive all the way back to Emporia. I will never go there again. So gross!

Worst service of any Starbucks ive been to. The baristas rarely greet the customers and if you order online be ready to wait for your order till they clear the drive through.
