The staff are friendly and usually always do a great job. What I’m upset about is this is the 2nd time in a row we have come here and they don’t have Mac N cheese. I don’t know about you but what bbq place doesn’t have mac n cheese on a busy Sunday afternoon? The excuse was they now get their mac n cheese in a different form and the cheese sauce is made seperate and that not all the kitchen staff know how to prepare it and evidently they messed up the sauce in the morning while cooking it. If that’s the case go back to just buying the premade bags. After we were told no Mac n cheese for the kids which sucks because that’s all they eat we were told there were no empanadas because “the truck driver forgot to bring the dough with their other stuff on the delivery.” Good restaurant that sadly is going down hill now I see why the parking lot is always empty. Food is usually great and the waiters and waitresses are always very nice to the kids.
*Had to add we have been here 45 mins after our order was taken and still no food.

Over salted burned pulled pork. Got charged twice after being told payment didn't go through. Checked my bank app both payments went through was told they would refund one, which would be fine mistakes happen. I called a few days later and was told a refund would be issued again it's been almost 3 weeks now and no refund . Wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their hard earned money on this establishments mediocre food and poor customer service.

Went in and spoke with hostess and said I would like a bar seat. She showed me were the bar was. I sat for 10 minutes, not 1 person even acknowledged I was there, so I walked out.

Update 8/23/2024: My wife and I went to have a sit down meal. We arrived at 7 pm, we ordered our drinks and our food. It was a little busy so we expected a slight delay on getting our food, our waitress, who's name we didn't catch was great and checked in on us while we waited. At 8:20pm we finally got up and just paid for our drinks after not getting our meal and watching people who came long after us get theirs, to be clear we ordered a Pigman Sandwich and a FireCrib cheeseburger so nothing special or time consuming. TO REITERATE, THE WAITRESS DID HER JOB TO THE FULLEST. When she saw we were waiting to pay she went over and asked what was wrong and when we explained to her that we could no longer wait she informed us that our food was ready, which we turned down and just finished paying for our drinks and left her a tip, which she did not want to take but she had earned.
Second time here after many visits and these coleslaw is about room temperature. Put it aside in the past but refuse to eat it again. This place used to be really good a few years ago burr has gone downhill in product and service. 15 dollars for a rib plate and a whopper had more meat than those 6 skimpy ribs? Yes I got another plate of them but presentation is everything.
Highly understaffed for a weekday or a weekend. I didn't realize there should be a wait to cash out?
When you ask the waitstaff "are you our server? " and the answer is well I guess I am now, so where was our server then?
Normally I wouldn't complain as their food is typically on point, I'm hesitant to go back after this, even with a gift card.
Sorry, RibCrib, you are failing to keep up your initially impressive image. Here's my small ribs vs. my 12 year old boys ribs. I couldn't even stab them with a fork they were so dry.
Still haven't gone back, Planks had better ribs, better quality, for the price.
