Another day another dollar spent at the ogs must go out and try the lemon lime cheesecake blizzard. It is “gas”.

This location is always clean and the service is friendly. Can be super busy right after baseball/softball games let out, but always a good experience here

Had a hair in my burger didn't know till got 30 mins away and started eating.

The blizzard did not fall out. Good job.

This place a few months ago would have got 4 or 5 stars. Now the serving sizes are getting smaller and half the time my order is wrong. Goddard needs more restaurants for sure.

Always a DQ lover

There were like 7 people working, they only have a few tables, I'd say less than 15. But we had a hard time finding a clean table to sit at. While all these people are standing around doing nothing.

Everytime I come to get a door dash order they don't start the order until I get there causing me to lose time an money When I have to wait 15-20 after have already receiving the order an driving to the location.

We stopped going here for months due to the fact that they always mess up our orders. Well, we thought we would give it another try. As always our order was messed up again. I called the manager and she said “ I’ll replace it if you want to come back”. I am not driving all the way back there for you to fix your mess-up while the food that is correct gets cold. She even immediately knew what happened. I will never give this place business again.

Ordered on mobile and went through Drive thru. Which I have done several times before I’ve had no issues this time they made me go inside, and then they made me wait. Manager was very rude. Told me that it says on the app that you have to come in which I guess customer service is not their top priority so I will not be going back to the Dairy Queen in Goddard Kansas One customer not gonna make that big of a difference, but I’m not gonna be made to feel like I am not appreciated

Since when did it become standard practice to make a whole burger, with cold patties, and nuke the whole thing, wrapped, in the microwave? Then put it out the window.
