One of the cleanest and most efficient Jimmy John’s I’ve ever seen. The staff is a well oiled machine. Everyone was smiling and having a good time, phones were answered, food was made correctly and quickly, and when we needed things they immediately, and quickly attended our needs. Super impressed with the level of service inside.

Ordered delivery through their app 2 different times. The first time I placed an order and it was out for delivery 5 min later…then received another notification shortly after that it had been delivered, I waited 10 more minutes and it indeed was not so I called the store and explained the situation…they said “oh we will re make it and send it back out to you” then about 10 min after that phone call my original order showed up..when asking the driver if it was the original or the second remake he just shrugged his shoulders and said “idk I got lost before”…if you get lost you probably shouldn’t just mark it as complete..Fast forward to today I placed another order, giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe last time was just a bad day for them…nope. They did call me when they were ‘lost’ this time but when telling them how to get to me the driver said “ummm okay well I have other deliveries on this side of town so it’s gunna be a little while longer.” They showed up 45-50 min after it was “out for delivery” and they gave my drink away to another delivery. Both times it was an hour or over before I got my food.I will add that if you go in or go through their drive thru it is great and fast service! Unfortunately for the people stuck in an office all day no so much…

I came here and I ordered the number 12 which is the beach club the night shift always seems to mess up on my sandwich. One time they argued with me about what I ordered, they gave me the number 4 when I ordered the number 12. The lady got her manager and he like gave me no choice but to keep the sandwich they gave me which was not the sandwich I ordered. He didn’t offer to correct or make me the right sandwich.

I highly don’t recommend ordering delivery. I placed my order through the app at 14:41. I received the “your order is out for delivery” text at 14:43. I received my order roughly 45min later at 15:22. If the text notifications are correct, my sandwich and wrap sat in the store or in the delivery driver’s vehicle for the better part of an hour getting warm and soggy. It is not the first time this has happened. I waited over an hour for my order before and was told they were busy, when I called. As well, my order has been missing items numerous times, but that seems to be standard these days from all delivery orders. I think they should change their motto from”Freaky Fast” to “Fricking Ridiculous.” Thank you very much. One recommendation, have the app inform consumers of the potential wait time.

Tony Bolognavich met me at the door slinging cold cuts. Preaching about how he's the king. He offered me a taste, as I went to grab his sandwich that door opened up and those Free Smells brought me back to reality. I slapped that cold cut out of his hand and headed in for another superb sandwich!
