The complementary salsa and chips had a nice level of kick, and a really fantastic flavor profile. The steak fajita quesadilla was piping hot with tender steak and nice flavoring. Their rice and beans were nicely seasoned, but not overbearing.
The service was fantastic from our wait staff, and my wife and I enjoyed our date very much! If you're not sure if you should go--now you know. Go.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in town. So awesome. I get the fried whole fish and it is awesome. People are great and friendly. It is not fast food. You might have to wait a little bit but it is worth it.
Food is always served hot & fresh, presentation is beautiful and tastes even better. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is adorable. Definitely will be back
Authentic Mexican food I tried the quesabirra tacos and they were delicious.
I forgot my purse here and didn’t notice for a whole week. They were so kind to keep it safe and wait for me to come back to get it!! Food is great and staff is so kind!
Quaesabirra Tacos were Amazing. Relleno were definitely not cooked to order but were still good.
Ate at Celayense for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. The food was exquisite, even with cilantro. I usually cannot stand cilantro. Friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere. I will eat here often.

We all enjoyed our food and experience. We love that they offer Door Dash pickup for convenience. On most Fridays, they have tamales. I look forward to trying those next.
This place is delicious. I love the quesabirrias. I love the atmosphere too and I can’t believe it’s not packed all the time.
Awesome place with great staff. The food reminded me of being a kid in LA again. Delicious and on par with a traditional Mexican menu vs a texmex.
We might even go back tomorrow!
