The hours on the door is misleading as it said open at 11AM everyday. I waited and to be told that the store don’t open until 11:30 AM during week day. Other time, I have been waited in the store and didn’t see anybody for like 20 mins so I had to come back to order. This issue just happened very recently! Food is good though!

Smoothie and tea does not taste the same as the first time I been here (1 year ago). Asked for a topping unfortunately they did not have that one. I asked for a different topping they didn’t have. I ended up getting a plain smoothie and a plain tea. Wouldn’t recommend if you want boba. Service was nice and atmosphere is nice as well.

The milk tea and mochi I got at BAMBU were fantastic.They were not well staffed so we had to wait quite a while to place our order but I’m glad we stayed!

Visiting from out of town. Girlfriend wanted something sweet and we saw BAMBU close by. We love BAMBU and have been to several different franchises of theirs. Was reading the reviews before I came in. Was hoping the bad reviews were a fluke. Ordered the BAMBU special. They forgot my coconut and was not sweet. Like they barely put any coconut water and just added regular water. Had to open the front door to get their attention. They put coconut and coconut milk in my drink. Didn’t taste much better. Girlfriend liked her taro lover drink. Tasted powdery to me. Guess you win some, you lose some. Good luck. Sorry, really wanted to enjoy it.

Amazing Chè drinks, I've been craving one for years but couldn't find a place locally.Their Banh Mi sandwiches are really good and nicely size for the price.This place will be a go to spot when I'm on that side of town.Parking: There is free two hour rear parking.
Amazing Vietnamese Chè drinks! Their Banh Mi sandwiches are worth the money as well.

I came here for the pork banh mi and loved it. Parking was a little confusing since it was my first time so I ended up parking a bit further away. There actually some parking right behind Bambu. The place was clean. Bathrooms were around the backside along with some outdoor seating. I definitely will come back.

Bambu was one of my favorite boba tea place. However, it's a huge disappointment today. Not only the cashier asked for tips (tapping on tge machine) and the drink (bambu combo) was water down and only 80% full. It wasn't even iced cold. Very disappointed.

The boba were kinda tough, but the jasmine milk tea flavor was good. Definitely plan on going back to try again, but the first experience was meh.Edit: I wanted to give it another try and saw the bahn mis were highly rated. I got a pork belly bahn mi--the pork is undercooked and has an odd bright pink coating? The photos don't do it justice, it was straight bright magenta. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like this, please forgive me if it is. I was just really weirded out by it and couldn't eat it. The veggies were fresh and awesome though.A little bummed because this was supposed to be my lunch.

AMAZING DRINKS & SERVICE!! Diamond was helping me and she was so smiley and welcoming, which was really nice since it was my first time here. She made sure to let me try the drink before leaving so that if I didn’t like it they could make me a new one. I think I found a new favorite boba tea spot!!!
