I visited this location this evening (2/25), and it was a joke. I asked for a Strawberry Shake, and the young lady said "Our blender broken", okay, I thought oh! yay! the perpetual McDonald's excuse. (there were also two blenderS, as opposed to one blender) Then I said, aloud to myself looking at the Menu "are they broken or do we just not want to clean one of the three containers sitting in the sink?" I think the employee caught my drift, I remained as nice as possible. I then asked for two other items, that did not require any additional labor by the young lady. When it was time to check out, she did not charge me, and said due to the blender (again still one) being broken. This was nice, but I still do not believe the blenders were broken; just a brokenly lazy employee.

The kids that work at knight a very disrespectful, and everytime me and my family visit this location its always a problem. Racist they maybe, and the manager is never around to talk to in person or by telephone. This is ridiculous. We spend our hard earned dollars to keep them employed and the store lights on. We will not continue to tolerate this behavior. I will be making sure they respect customer's. I don't care who I have to contact.Kid-friendliness: They are setting bad examples for kids being a business conducting bad business

Worst experience I've ever had here. Looking at other reviews apparently the blonde with glasses is the owner. I walk in, no other customers. She doesn't greet, or ask how she can help? I said hi, she just stared. Sad, smh.

My aunt took my father & I for ice cream. The blonde wearing glasses was only employee there, said she owned the shop. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Didn’t greet you, never smiled, tried to converse with her about the ice cream and she ignored me, never smiled nor look at us. The prices were high!!!! She never said thank you, drop dead or anything. I am surprised she has any business. I did see a lady come in ask a question on price and walked out. Definitely will never return there & will make certain to share not to go there. I have managed retail for many years, I never tolerated employees who didn’t give excellent customer service. Our Baskin Robins in Topeka is excellent customer service every time!!!!

10.19 the girls working were just the worst. we were paying customers and my little girl had to pee and they made her walk all around after 9 pm to find a bathroom. They have a restroom with a restroom sign and a fully function bathroom that I went in in the back and laughed at us when we asked how they could make a little girl do that. horrible service by bitter terrible people who like to see lille girls suffer. never again, so many better places. these horrible girls should be fired

The tall young guy who worked on Aug 11th around 04:40pm was horrible at his job with such bad attitude.I wish the older lady helped us.That guy was spilling milk shakes all over while pouring it in a cup, forgetting what was requested. Smallest scoops I ever got at Baskin Robbins for my ice cream as well.Please don’t ruin people’s good time.Get another job if you don’t want to be there.

Came in late last night about 30 minutes prior to close. Staff was super friendly and were quick to serve us.I got an Oreo/chocolate chip milkshake, and she got a 2 scoop oreo and peanut butter chocolate.Seems like a very organized store!

You know this place is a gem when you pass over 2 other locations just to get here. The staff is friendly, courteous and always goes above and beyond to make you feel special. The popcorn and ice cream are always fresh and best of all - THE PRICE IS ALWAYS NICE.Shout/Out To: Morgan, Charlotte, Allie The cake maker and Jackie.Tell them Lloyd sent you for some extra tlc.

I know if they have seats inside they are required to have a restroom ..we went as a family with 2 kids they had to use the restroom they claimed it's out of order .we had to go to Jimmy Jones and wash the kids hands first then we came back to order the ice cream.We order 4 ..one of the flavors we really didn't like so I informed the lady upfront that we didn't eat the Peach flavor and showd her that we didn't eat it .she said that I hade to buy another one .(really ???)I worked in the food industry for 15 years in different places and if a customer will come back to me with something that didn't like I can read the customer reactions and needs and if I will see that they didn't really eat it I would change it for them free of charge.I guess this is the company standard. For me it was the first and last time to visit this location. Do not recommend it .

3 employees young men. All on their phones. The floor was filthy. The place was disgusting. My mom almost walked out. No greeting just typical oblivious millineals on their phones. Never again.

Although I am trying to take our humid weather into consideration for this comment. My family got double dip cones and I had to ask for a cup because the ice cream was way to soft, falling off the cone before I could eat it. Weather? Or turn up the freezers? Ice cream tasted good just too soft!
